Should be criminalised not to vote Tinubu not just evil not to vote him - politicians going crazy |
Tjra:A very useless post here...who controls the police, the army , dss, ..... |
If we tell him...? yet on social media...is this a skit? |
Nigeria has historically being slow in picking up on security threats - not surprising |
Even here in Nigeria, people are being killed and paraded on social media for ransom - FG plays ostritch. How much more in SA |
Zahra29:A lady applied for a visitor's visa, arrived in the UK & instead hussled for a job while on a visitors visa. Today she is Reform's banner holder in London...... ![]() |
ghis202:Your question isn't clear. Why do you think you may need a transit visa? are you transiting through another country? |
Ofunaofu:It wouldn't be democracy if there is no choice. So an unknown individual with no political capital has been "arranged" to challenge Tinubu ![]() |
MrsAyomide:How long will they continue to "pray". It's a shame christians in the south play ostrich |
elmarafa20:The qualification is required because the context is that they are targeted for being christains. This is common sense. |
WriteerNg:I suspect English is not your first language, hence the difficulty comprehending what I wrote. I never said France is bigger than Ukraine....read again. |
peleson1:Nothing to do with size, the Russian army is simply unable to break through Ukraine's defence with a resulting stalemate. The same Russian army seized about 15% of the country in the initial days of the war and has barely advance 1% in almost 4 years with Ukraine increasingly taking the battle to Russia itself. France is comparable in size to Ukraine, yet was overrun by Germany in less than 60 days. |
Security is responsibility of the state, Tinubu and APC should not be held responsible..... The irresponsbile governor is to blame....ooh, Governor is from APC. I will cycle back and update the post when I have another good justification |
peleson1:The bulk of land Russia annex happened in the first few days of 2022 ( & lost a good bit in the same way when Ukraine counterattacked) when the open war started. Once the Ukrainian army took position and aid started pouring in, the battle line froze. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian-occupied_territories_of_Ukraine
|
ojuu4u:Are you minding the Putin fanboys here. If Russia is winning, why is it still stuck in the same section of ukraine barely advancing and is scouring the globe looking for more conscripts? |
Nwaokunkpara:I have a bridge to sell you if you believe the casualty ratio between both parties is over X20 in favour of Russia. Yet, Russian army is stuck in the the same section of donbass & desperately trying to find more people to sign up even from Africa. |
abubakarolatu:Your point isn’t entirely accurate. It’s similar to assuming there will be a surge in demand for electric vehicle repair technicians simply because we’re transitioning from petrol cars. In reality, many petrol car technicians retrain and transition into EV roles. So there isn't a big vacuum & only new builds are mandate to have heat pumps. Secondly, heat pump technicians are classified as a “medium-skilled” role on the UK occupation list. Under current visa rules, that makes them difficult to sponsor unless they fall under shortage occupations (like healthcare assistants or social care roles). So even if demand increases, sponsorship pathways remain limited except you have an employer determined to sponsor you under a different code but for that role (some employers do, but only when they really like that employee). Where I do agree is with renewables and data centres. These are relatively new and rapidly expanding sectors. There’s a genuine talent gap, and many roles are classified as highly skilled and well-paid, making them far more viable for sponsorship. That said, the term “skilled worker” is often misunderstood. It implies bringing in individuals with strong, in-demand experience, not just a recently acquired academic qualification. A master’s degree alone doesn’t automatically qualify someone for experienced roles, especially if their prior work experience is unrelated. Many jump to do a Master's in a field in which they have no prior experience or connection. A more effective strategy is to build on existing skills, align your education with your experience rather than trying to pivot entirely ( you lose your experience badge often). During your studies, focus on gaining relevent UK experience for your target field through part-time, volunteering or freelance experience. Finally, targeting MNCs is a smart move. They are far more likely to hold sponsorship licences, offer salaries above the threshold, and absorb visa costs without hesitation.

The putin-fan boys here should volunteer to help putin win his war as at this point the russians are scraping the barrel to find soldiers |
jaydave:Your argument is unnecessary. As an admin on the platform, should he encourage prospective students to upload documents which do not reflect the true state of their financial capacity? If you choose to come over to the UK with a plan to "work" and pay your tuition after a "less truthful" declaration that you had the funds in your account, that is risk you have decided to take but should not expect the admin to encourage or allow such talk. What I can tell you for free is that a hugh portion of Nigerians that end up stranded and trying to file for asylum are people who originally came on student visas & it will probably get worse as the UK's economy is slowing down and immigration rules are tightened up. So, he is right to attempt to sanitise the conversation. This is a public forum viewed globally, he cannot be seen to encourage rule-breaking and he has done his part to disuade anyone considering the "riskier" path. |
[quote author=Goke7 post=138440436]And the blame continues 😂 wetin musa no go see again for gate! country whose legacy is the "uninvited colonising" of other people is worried by movement of people to their country who they issued visas to. They could simply stop issuing the visas if they dont want people from other countries here |
Subsidy removal meant the money can now be stolen wholesale without any benefit to the general public through cheaper petrol. The senators are not flying around on private jets and hotchicks using their salaries |
A coupist is aggrieved by an allege coup by another group. |
So the EFCC is indeed weaponised to target Sylvia. Why not just charge him for treason? |
From a courtesy standpoint, you should have informed her. If she legally transferred the land to you without any precondition, I doubt you owe her anything but morally you owed her big in carrying her along. |
BigDick70inch:It's the LG treasury that will suffer it. Provided the form does not cost more than the allocation received from FG, there are people that will buy it. People will call it an internal party thing, tomorrow they will complain the LG chairmen/women are looting money recklessly. |
WorldRichest:fair play to him, if I were him I would even supply weapons to the people to topple the government. Iran is a major backer of russia's war on ukraine |
Offpoint1:Unlikely to help him, it was an ambush..even if he had a glock at his side holster, he may not have time to draw his weapon. |
Bigbabyy0:congrats to her, regardless she should get a copy of what was submitted. The next time she may apply for a visa, she needs to ensure the information is consistent with what was submitted in the past. |
AOI2016:As rates are project to go down, your 2-year fix will have a higher rate than 5 years fix. Calculate the margin fee difference over 2 years based on this based on the differential interest rate between 5 & 2 years fix for 2 years. Also add product fee to the cost for 2 years fix as you are likely to pay it when switching at the end of 2 years. Unless there is a rapid drop in interest rates/inflation in the future, you are not likely to be better off with 2 years fix as the marginal costs from higher interest and product fee tend to wipe off reduce interest you may benefit at the end of two years when interest drop is gradual. Could be worth it if interest drops sharply though. |
IseoluwaP:Loads of people on a 10-year ban because they did not know what their agent submitted on their behalf. Request for a copy of what was submitted. Using an agent does not excuse you from the responsibility of what is submitted. |
AndroBlaze:Still a reflection of their low IQ. Would it be reasonable for someone to attack you on the street because of an issue he has with someone else related to you by blood? |
