Lagos is far from development o, have u seen any grainage (even in Ikeja ) that's not filled and stagnant. Thanks, immediately I left d VSF gate, I got a call dt d admission letter has arrived. Don't know what to do again; though I attached a letter telling VO dt I was yet to receive d letter, and I will send as soon as i get it. Now, I don't how.
