Dabsey:
I think in my own opinion the Eye scanner isnt too important. the finger print option is way cooler. they should develop apps to use the eyescnner and not security

You get it. I think they've decided to raise the bar in that aspect by putting certain measures that were not in place before in their previous phones in this flagships. It's more like improving.

I think these phones are good values for their prices. And besides , the exchange rate is a constraint. On a normal day, without poor economy, I think it shouldn't go for the current price. Well, people are using it and they're loving what their Tecno phones are giving them

With the launch of the phantom 6 and 6+, Tecno's popularity has increased. The stories coming from those that have used the devices are nothing but amazing. I think Tecno is the brand of the year.

Akamo5:
you guys keep making this phone irresistible for me....the phone is all over me now, but d problem at hand is there is no money to get it.

I tell you. It's actually irresistible. I heard you might be lucky to experience it if you check @xperiencetecno on Twitter.

Data wey no dey last. Smh

I'll go for HiOS please. Has anyone seen how sleek it looks on the phantom 6 and 6+ phones?

Behankey:
The camera is legit. Picture quality is top notch. But it's the slim design that makes me love it more.

Well, there are more to it than those qualities. I think the Phantom 6 is top notch.

Funbii:
The hot note I'm talking about is 2gb ram

I'll suggest the Infinix Hot note.

If you like pictures, I'd suggest the Camon but if you're a fan of long lasting battery. It's the L8. Thank me later.

I haven't used one but I've seen reviews and I've seen people use it. Haven't seen any bad news about these Phantom phones so far. To me, it seems Tecno got this one right.

DIKEnaWAR:
Seriously. I have read, seen and heard a lot about Techno phones. They have tried and its a nice product, but once I see that name; TECNO boldly written on it, I get discouraged.

The name TECNO means palasa to me. I guess its because their earliest phones were a total mess and the exclusive preserve of abo, kis. The thing was just a noise conductor.

I think I understand what you mean, I had that kind of feeling too but then I realized their first set of phones were made affordable so that everyone could have a phone but over the years, their evolvement has been outstanding. Churning out devices of great quality with affordability. I'll give them credit for not remaining stagnant and for getting better with age.

Abdstrakt:
How is it a problem biko?
All this stereotypical BS is doing my head in.
Not everyone understands the concept of PROGRESS.
Will he be happy if he was judged by his past? which obviously was a learning curve to becoming a better person.

You've said it all. This particular brand has been getting better since their foray into the market couple of years back. Steadily Improving too. Name or no name, I believe Tecno is now a reliable brand.

ayobase:
Phantom 6 is indeed tempting, but I will rather stick with my reliable Samsung.

Lol , until it explodes abi?

Justycxx:
ask Samsung about how 7000mah can be dangerous

Lol. We are talking about Tecno o. Not Samsung. And even the S7 doesn't have 7000mah sef.

Apart from all these listed stuffs, you can't enjoy all the features of the iPhone well in naija

Lol. Its for Tecno L8 alone right?

Lol. Guys no dey chill. What if you mistakenly brick it?

Justycxx:
beautiful or dangerous? Don't confuse me please

I mean to say it's beautiful, how can 7000mah be dangerous?

charlesklaus:
Most you quote the op
Just scroll down and click on reply

no just vex lol

Kenbee001:
Yeah. The update came with two apps. Haven't opened them tho

Open them. It's nice really.

TECNO Droipad 10 Pro II, the world’s first Android 2-in-1 device with 4G LTE is now available for sale in key retail outlets in Lagos, Nigeria. The device is officially set to be launched by the Tablet Unit of TECNO later this October.

The TECNO DroiPad 10 Pro II packs interesting specifications and innovative upgrades, one of them being the latest Remix OS 2.0, an Android based desktop OS designed by Jide Technology, a company started by 3 ex-Google engineers to unlock the huge potentials of Android in order to accelerate a new age of computing. This combines the productivity features found in the regular PC, Windows for instance, with the mobility and ecosystem of the Android OS to enable users effortlessly enjoy features which would ordinarily be found in personal computers – a ‘start button’ called the app drawer, task-bar, easy multitasking between multiple resizable tabs or “windows”, sidebar notification, drag and drop files, and the conventional keyboard short cuts many PC users have become familiar with. This is basically and brilliantly making PCs more mobile.

The new Droipad 10 pro II which is slated to launch later this month of September, will be the first device to debut the Upgraded version of the Remix OS in Africa.
The 2-in-1 body device is built for speed with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor and flaunts a vibrant 10.1’’ IPS touchscreen with full lamination that delivers stunning colour consistency, plus an inbuilt 32GB storage capacity to hold your multimedia content and a 2GB RAM that enables faster responses when multitasking.

More than enough juice power

Aside the Remix OS upgrade, the next amazing specs is the monster battery. The DroiPad 10 Pro II comes with a powerful 7000mAh battery capacity that can enable users enjoy productivity and video playback of up-to 11 hours in a single charge.

The freedom of a 2-in-1 Tablet PC
Another feature that makes the DroiPad 10 Pro II attractive is its beautiful detachable keyboard. This wirelessly connected accessory is essentially what converts the DroiPad 10 Pro II into a mini PC. For lovers of physical keyboards, this is the real deal, as typing is pretty easy without hassles. The shortcuts found in our regular PCs work perfectly on this device, thanks to this detachable keyboard.
What’s more, the device is Dual SIM, 4G-LTE network compatible and can equally make the conventional voice calls, something quite hard to find in high end tablets that normally offer data only devices via Wi-Fi or a data enabled SIM slot without being able to make voice calls.

The specs of the DroiPad 10 Pro II may not be out of the world for heavy PC users, but the freedom and mobility options this “All-in-1 Android Tablet-PC” offers are features that make it a first choice for every class of mobile PC lovers, more so for upwardly mobile people. And if the price is right, a department TECNO sure knows how to effectively deal with, the DroiPad 10 Pro II is sure to hold sway within the Tablet and 2-in-1 PC market.

Tania1:
Hello Nairalanders, I had this Rare opportunity to experience the New Tecno Phantom 6 Aka (the Beauty).. Yaaay!!, Lucky me right?? I won through a handle I came across online, even though I am going to give it back sadly, but at least I get to see, feel and experience the device everyone is talking about. Who knows, the money gods might just favor me and someone would buy me the device.

Anyway experiencing devices helps you make up your mind if you want to actually purchase the device at the end of the day..So I think what Tecno is doing with the experience thing is very good especially for doubting thomas’s.

I have seen lots of un-boxing pictures online already and I know y’all have seen it too so I am not gonna bore you with lots of pictures, just gonna put up a few and maybe a video.

I want to say that the comments about the Tecno Phantom 6 are very true, at first I felt people were exaggerating till I got to use it for myself. I am not exaggerating the device is amaze balls.

Now to the things i love about the phone.

1.The Packaging was on point..just seeing the box made me feel like i was been given a box of designer shoes, only this was a bit complicated, cos it was a bit much from how the ear piece was packed, and them detacheable chargers it actually took me some time to uncover some accessories that came with the phone..them try.

2. The Camera: I am a huge picture lover, asides from the fact that the picture quality is great I was using the camera yesterday and I deleted some pictures I had taken, but later on I noticed there was a folder storing the deleted pictures on the device , I bet some people don’t even know this .That made me happy because not many devices have that feature. Well in laptops it’s called recycle bin, not sure what it should be called on devices but I know how many times I have mistakenly deleted pictures so with this on the Phantom 6 problem solved, I never have to worry about that.

3.The Pouch: Oh i love this one, i hate using pouches but the effizy in this tecno Phantom 6 is topnotch..i realised that i can actually play songs from the open space on top and there is this beautiful fancy phone clock just there staring at me every damn time i hit the on/off button. Cool i think.

4.I can Snapchat like the Pro that I am: So i currently use a Tecno L8 and i love it but snapchatting on there ain't easy at all,i guess i have too many apps running on it..But snapchatting on the beauty since i have had it? is pure and swift i love love love it.

5.How fast the Tecno Phantom 6 charges: This one is the highlight for me cos i can press phone for the world but the fact that i can charge my phone in minutes and it gets to 100% is the truth..I have only really seen it in Iphones..so Kudos to Tecno.

There you have it, top five things,i am sure there are other amazing things the device can do but these listed here is my truth of the Phantom 6.

leave comments about what makes you love the Tecno Phantom 6..who knows you might help me uncover more features about the phone. xoxo

I'm sure there are lots of features on this phone to be explored apart from the slim design and the dual camera. The packaging is nice too.

Lol. This is funny

Well Deserved

tanteta:
PLEASE HELP!! For a while now I have not been able to update apps or download any app from google playstore. It keeps pending my downloads and update processes while reportedly waiting for wifi connection. What should I do. I use gionee P6. Thanks

Clear the cache. Force stop your play store. If it doesn't work after this, change the play store permissions.

Well, the boom ranks better than the infinix. Both are nice but J8 is better

FellaL:
21MP SONY Camera definitely cannot be an interpolated camera. It's definitely going to be the bomb. I really want to see that infinix camera that will come and compete with the camera of this Beast.

You know what I mean. The camera should be the bomb.
