Hello. Has anyone who finished from OAU been able to authenticate their certificate? Were you able to get your confirmation directly sent from the registrar’s email? I was able to get one from exams and records, can that pass?

please how were you able to do yours? I’m trying to authenticate my documents at MOE and MOA but I’ve been told to get the original transcript from school. How were you able to get yours? I graduated from OAU as well

Does this mean passport is ready for collection ?
And is appointment needed for walk in passport collection

I’ve tracked it and it’s thesame location it’s been since November 8th. I’m getting frustrated

Do you have the application tracking ID number? Track it with the tracking number or chat with them. The chat is more effective.

I submitted my passport on the 7th of November at the Lagos vfs for stamping and till now no collection mail. I’ve sent them mails, calls and everything and nothing has happened. I even went to the vfs office in to check if it has been returned back but they said it hasn’t been returned. I really don’t know what to do anymore.

You should get email from them to know if it’s ready for collect, check you email inbox and spam or junks for their email

I’ve done all that and I’ve even call them, I was told it’s still with the embassy. I don’t know if it takes this long sometimes

I received the message below and I am thinking there should be a DHL tracking number of some sort:

The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. XXXXXXXXX has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, Abuja OC on Fri Nov 17 2023 via courier partner. Please use Tracking id. or the AWB number provided to track the shipment on the courier partners website after 24hrs.

A copy of the PPT data page with the slip attached after Biometrics, consent form and Passport, I also included the receipt of the transmission fee since I did my Biometrics in Lagos.

But my opinion, even those that submitted in Lagos after me have gotten their passport back. I think it’s better to submit in Lagos and hope for the best.

have you called them to ask what’s going on? Or it usually takes long sometimes?

I submitted at DHL office in Ibadan, but my passport got to VFS office Abuja the following day.

I suspect some passports are stamped outside Nigeria. I believe this is the reason for delay in some cases.

mine too got to Abuja the following day and I was notified that it’s being taken to irss. That’s was the last notification I got from them.

Till now, no collection message...
