Politics › Re: Tribunal Cancels The Election Of Nyesome Wike, INEC To Conduct Fresh Election by freshvine(f): 12:51pm On Oct 24, 2015
agabusta:
That Akwa Ibom submission is at variance with the submission of the River state court of Appeal.

#AkwaIbom: The card reader was not contemplated by section 49 of the Act on accreditation.
#AkwaIbom: That INEC press release cannot override section 41 of the Electoral Act on accreditation.

#AkwaIbom: but the silly Akwa Ibom tribunal failed to realise that it is the same Electoral Act that gives INEC the authority to conduct a free and fair election. Even though the Electoral Act did not expressly permit the use of Card readers/bar the use of card readers, it has given INEC the mandate to conduct the election and INEC can do so within the ambits of the law!

#AkwaIbom: That Akwa Ibom Election tribunal must be revisited and the records set straight.

If APC appropriately appeals that Akwa Ibom judgement, they should be able to get a full re-run in all the Local Governments. This does not mean APC stands a chance at all in the election, but things most be done properly!

Those two elections (Akwa Ibom and Rivers) were a total sham and an embarrasment to democratic process.

What marvels me is that why rig an election that you most likely will win??

This is a victory for democracy. The age and time of senseless rigging is over! If you dont win clearly, then you stand a chance to rerun.

In the future sef, there should be a law barring those that engages in manipulations from contesting reruns.
When will Kano, jigawa, sokoto have a rerun? The figures they pulled during the past election is staggering.
Politics › Re: Rivers Election Petition Tribunal – LIVE UPDATES by freshvine(f): 12:42pm On Oct 24, 2015
Peterside should keep money for his legal team to approach the tribunal once again instead of electioneering campaign cos he will lose and lose again even if the election is conducted on a daily basis for 4 years.

For the supposed lion of Ubima to have gone through this ruffle, tumble, and embarrassment just to be a mere minister in aa government he enthroned, it get to show that PDP is a force in this government.

What's remains of a wounded lion if eventually she got a fly as a prey?
Family › Re: My Marriage Is Crashing, I Think I Hate Him...Help by freshvine(f): 4:47am On Oct 24, 2015
Op, forget about that fantasy marriage in your head you got while reading Mills and Boom and face the real marriage.

Couple prior to wedding are counseled by marriage expert on HOW TO MAKE THEIR MARRIAGE WORKS and not how to live in fairyland. You parent should also have told you "looking the other way is the best way to live together" grin

Nobody will ever tell you that marriage is bad but they're sure to give you icing of the cake. "marriage is not always a bed of roses"

Whatever worst the marriage had becomes you also have contributed to it for it takes two to tango. Remember, it's 2 imperfect souls living together to create a perfect union which is almost impossible and for it to be near possible, one of you has to sacrifice to keep and make the marriage work, probably the heart that loves most.

THIS IS YOUR MARRIAGE and you owe it a duty to make it work. No man is better. The next man might be romantic yet unable to perform on bed, another might have a hidden illness you'd have to cope with while yet another may be worst off.

Most times 80% of ladies wonder and worry why they left their first marriage. "I could have stick to repair it" they do enthused but again wear fake smile to the public that they're happy the current is better than the first.

Temporarily separation is the key. Stay off like 2 years and lay your cards when he comes calling.

Oponu villager. Exactly what's the meaning of Ironsi's Decree 34?

[b]

Ibo drew the fist blood in Nigeria with their sadistic blood thirsty slaughtering of Nigerians promarily Haus and Yoruba military and political leaders.

Nigerians and the military looked the for good reasons and still installed Ibo head of state to lead Nigeria and instill fairness and justice, but the ibo head of state happened to be what we now know ibo people to be, very tribalistic and anti Nigeria. He refused to punish the sadistic killers, he did not even slap them on the wrist.

To add salt to injury, he abolished the same true federalism we are begging for decades later in 2015.

Like I said, your forefathers passed on to you only hate and bitterness and never credible history about your own country and existence..
OK. Since there are still bitterness in the political system of Nigeria, don't you think this contraption should cease to exist cos certainly it was a dysfunctional creation of the British?

We had regionalism before and Yoruba and Hausa people were ok with it, but the ibo head of state back then wasn't so he killed and terminated regionalism and in effect created the current system of government you don't want today.

Funny how ibo people like to play victim and ignorance when in fact they created nearly all the sad issues Nigeria is facing today.

Learn your own history and Nigerian history.

Too bad all they teach you people is hate and not beneficial historical facts and events.
Educate me more. Gowon created the first 12 states after the dissolution of region.

Because I don't believe in it doesn't make me an atheist.
That's religious hypocrisy.

The bible says we wrestle not against flesh and blood but principalities in high places.

You can't sit on the fence and define your own Christian indoctrination.

So she doesn't want the man to be buried? Could it be that all his friends that influenced him to cheat dies mysteriously?
The dead husband was ACCUSED of cheating and not CAUGHT cheating.

The friend's death might be circumstantial otherwise we might go spiritual by saying the woman is possessed and married to a marine husband, how about that?
