IMO, Chinwoke Mbadinuju should lead the pack. During his tenure as the governor of Anambra; the state regressed in all indices of development.

The race for the coveted prize for Worst Governor  should be among Oduaghan, Ochendo TA Orji and ikiri Ohakim, Azikiwe Jonathan,
Though i'm rooting for Oduaghan to win, but it seems its Too Close to Call.

As if that was not enough, no sooner than the plane was airborne the pilot came on air with a husky voice. "Ladies and gentle, we will be experiencing some turbulence due to bad weather but that is not a problem we will just go through it and you all will be alright"
@ Mr Toto,  No sane pilot would say this. Are you sure this was what you heard or you where just scared stiff??

We can become arrogant again after electricity is functional in Nigeria. Now is the time for humility.

I am not going to chase them by carrying a big stick going into the ministries and breaking the heads of the people. But I believe that for us to get to where we want to go, as a nation, we have to build strong institutions and when we build strong institutions, these institutions will drive the process.”
We need strong people to to build strong institutions. buhari hammered on this.
We need Goliaths and Lions to rule Nigeria Nigeria because we are gliding towards a failed state, indiscipline and corruption are the major culprits
Ministers and Federal Directors of Institutions in Nigeria need someone who would actually yield the Big Stick and break heads to get them moving
GEJ has confessed he cant do all this, the only action left of him is to Resign.

The Abia State Police Commissioner confirmed that arrests were made but the suspects had been released after questioning
Article | September 25, 2011 - 4:23pm | By Nkechi Opurum

The men arrested over the gang-violation of a girl in Abia state have been released.

The Abia State Police Commissioner, Bala Hassan, confirmed that arrests were made but the suspects had been released after questioning as they convinced the police that they were not the people mentioned in the video and knew nothing about the gang violation.

Hassan said the police was handicapped in investigating the incident because the victim was yet to report the incident to the police. "If we had seen her, we would question her, play the video footage and see if she can identify the suspects.

For now, it is pretty difficult for us to fish out the culprits because it is only the girl that can be of immense help. We are still urging the public to furnish us with genuine information on this case so that the police can make a breakthrough," Hassan said.

There has been global outcry over the alleged violation incident as "The Gang violation" video has become an online hit.

In this horrendous movie, the face of the girl is clearly seen, while those of the male characters could hardly be identified; the audio is clear and the script delivered in Igbo and English languages.

The rapists are heard referring to each other by name, one of them saying, "Wisdom don dey talk now." Other mentioned names were Chisom, Zaki, and Uchenna. Zaki even bragged to the victim, "do you know who Zaki is?"

The fifth name is a little muffled but sounded very much like Ifeanyi. One of them identified himself as a 400 level law student, while another claimed to be studying IT or Information Technology.

The girl could be seen trying to fight off her attackers. When her efforts failed amid beatings, she resorted to pleading but her pleas fell on deaf ears. And when she could not take the excruciating pain any longer, she begged to be killed rather than live with the stigma of the incident all her life.

As she pleaded with them, the young men laughed and mocked her, asking her to 'co-operate' or face two more days of torture by R.ape

this is a prime example of how Nigeria runs:

to protect a forest, the Nigerian elected officials will form the following ministries to oversee the protection of the forest:

Ministry of Trees
Ministry of Agriculture
Ministry of Grass
Ministry of Shrubs
Ministry of Soil
