So you mean there are no Abuja indigenes in Kuje, Bwari, Kwali, Abaji, Gwagwalada and AMAC of FCT? And those ones supposedly relocated to Niger and Nassarawa have lost their identities automatically? Be sure of these your assertions ElSudani: |
Relocated to where? Outside Abuja? Were they thrown out of Abuja or they no longer exist? Was there an indigene-merger with other states? ElSudani: |
Many many things o |
Upeh! Let us see what comes out of all this initial gra gra. The scapegoat of course will be the unfortunate, yet greedy appointee that refused to be sensible and cover his arse professionally! The dirty president called Buhari that appointed him and is known for his criminal, taciturn opacity will of course not be questioned! Integrity my phat arse! |
Get real please! Long before the current insecurity issues heightened in the SE, security agencies have long been fleecing SE residents especially on the high ways and has continued unabated! They always lobby and even pay to be posted to the SE and this is the institutionalized discrimination we have always talked about but idiots like you will say Igbos always play victim! jcross19: |
Norther Elders Forum non-existent? Are you kidding? I want to believe you are actually referring to 'foot materials', whatever the heck that means because if this is a mistake and you actually mean 'food materials', then you must be a mistaken joke for a human being! You mean to say that food prices have not increased in the last 2 months?! And exactly what policy or action has Tinubu taken to "contain the dangerous trend of constantly increasing the price of 'foot' materials in the market" that you consider a plus? You better really be referring to 'foot' or maybe you still dey chop mama thank you that's why you haven't noticed any price difference in the market. jumper524: |
That is purely the fault of the Nigerian ruling class including criminals like Asari and other politicians who have established refineries outside Nigeria just to keep exploiting this deliberate loophole! Did Europe ask Nigeria not to build or maintain her refineries? All the monies that have been generated and stolen in the past decades, why has this perennial problem of poor domestic refining capacity not been addressed? Even after taking out subsidies, I have not seen any move by the Buhari and now Tinubu government to revive our existing refineries or is the plan for only Dangote refinery to work and which does not appear ready to function even in the next One year? Where is the consideration for the welfare of the common man who cannot afford this exorbitant costs? ElSudani: |
tamdun:The suggestion is that the government should do its job of protecting Nigeria and its commonwealth! Why is it easier to remove subsidies and throw Nigerians at the mercy of the dictates of the dollar than to ensure our refineries work optimally and block smuggling routes? If we are able to produce our petroleum needs locally, the dependence on the dollar would drastically reduce and even without subsidies, the price of petrol will not be as high as it is now! Or are you rather suggesting that the prices should remain high so that there will no longer be an incentive for smuggling? How long will you continue then to cut off your nose just to spite your face? Just imagine a female refusing to have her bath or maintain good hygiene just so that men will not be attracted to her! Make that make sense please?! |
BobbieZion:The bold part is the problem and the crux of the matter! It is the absence of domestic refineries in the first place that occasioned the need to import refined petroleum products, forcing an unhealthy vulnerability to the fluctuating dollar rates hence the need for subsidies to cushion the effect. It is not yet uhuru until domestic refineries start to produce for local consumption otherwise, majority of Nigerians continue to bear the brunt of high cost of living including petrol matched against the very weak purchasing power of the Naira. |

So Oshiomole should leave the Senate to go become a Minister? Even he will not agree to that FreeStuffsNG: |
On the contrary, if the Constitution or legislative instrument does not prescribe a penalty, the court cannot arbitrarily do so because there will be no backing for such a decision. It will amount to an exercise in futility. BoldBrainz: |
Is that now the benchmark? Must he get to the 6months that it took Buhari before we can ask questions? It is the unconscionable length of time Buhari took that led to the constitutional review of 60days after swearing in to appoint Ministers. Is Buhari now higher or more superior to the constitution that you now compare a constitutional provision to the madness displayed by Buhari? Must you exalt and support wrongdoing just because of tribe/religious/party affiliations? helinues: |
Very good! Cos this madness even being introduced to minors in their schools is really worrisome! |
APC the authentic haven for criminals! This party is fond of fielding candidates with clear criminal antecedents! I pray the deputy governorship candidate truly gets disqualified and let the entire APC candidacy fail! Even Timipre Sylva is a beneficiary of the crime-enabling platform that APC provides and that is why his case with EFCC got thrown out with hundreds of questionably-acquired properties returned to him! Is he not satisfied? What is he still looking for in Bayelsa government house? Greedy thieves all over APC, God forbid! |
Must APC always present persons with clear criminal antecedents for elective office! What a demonic, criminal enterprise, tueh! |
Dear Poster (Hardtotrust), I think you should be thankful that the resources were there through your hard work. No one prays or plans to be poor but unfortunately, that is your family's current lot. It is for you and your siblings to prayerfully work yourselves and your parents out of poverty. Your Dad did not touch the palm oil you stored all the while you kept it at home until these unfortunate issues of health and shelter came to play. Look at it this way, you were already looking for means of raising the needed funds for the roofing and the surgery. These 2 issues are time sensitive as the longer the house stays without a roof, the more your family properties get destroyed while exposed to the elements and your family remains without shelter. Also, if the surgery was not done ASAP, you would be preparing for burial where you would still spend even more plus the emotional pain of losing a sibling. You would most likely never forgive yourself for having those gallons of oil that could have been sold to raise resources and yet you failed to use them; only to still sell them for a burial or graver medical condition. While your projected profit and actual capital have been used in a manner you didn't plan for, please do not bear grudges against your father or consider this a debt he owes. Rather, thank God that your foresight came into good use; determine to work harder so that this kind of pressure is never felt anymore - as much as possible. I pray that God will bless the work of your hands and grant you excellence and wisdom in making good financial decisions and reaping the abundant fruits thereof, Amen. |
Is the new governor Kwankwaso? I believe he has a mind of his own and has chosen his path, reconciling Ganduje and Kwankawaso does not mean the new governor will not do what he deems fit/best princeemma69: |
All these ones don't matter as far as Tinubu answers President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He has no intention of getting caught in any of these so called booby traps because he is set to be even more unaware than Buhari ever was while the ever-ready useful idiots and bigoted lapdogs will continue to drum up support for him, insist he is never to be held accountable and rather go hunting for 16 years of PDP as a scapegoat for their (APC/Tinubu/Buhari) ineptitude. Vote for who get strength, character, competence and conscience una say no; INEC too follow dabaru the process because they were told to grab it, snatch it and run away with it...we're all here. helinues:Oho! i never talk finish dem don start. Obvious issues have been identified, someone has come to call it unnecessary distraction. It is the same people that will say that no matter what opposition statements are made, it will change nothing and that Tinubu must be sworn in as president yet, same people will be hounded as having so much effect as to be distracting the 'President'. Which one una dey? |
But PO has done just that. Or is it that you cannot read? Okoroawusa: |
Where will they see money to steal and avenues to slake their blood-lust through unnecessary fights and injuries? How will they intimidate fellow Nigerians again? They know the right thing to do but the conditions above must be fulfilled so they'd rather keep Nigeria down for good. Zupay: |
it belongs to the yoruba political rascals too olisaEze: |
Even 1million is not for some working class groups. Are they supposed to leave the forms free of charge? It is a major source of fund raising for the party, same party y'all claim has no structure. Nigerialabalaba: |
It is definitely more affordable than 25m and shows willingness to listen and compromise. The party must also fund its activities. Did you complain of APC's demonic 100m presidential form despite being the ruling party with unbridled access to public funds? Nigerialabalaba: |
It is good that he did it because there are some idiots who are persistent in peddling the ignorant position that Obi did not challenge the rigging of the election and only focused on Tinubu's and Shettima's eligibility based on the drug dealing and double nomination components of his (Obi's) petition. obi4eze: |
YorubaRonuuu:Like I said, go and find out the difference between 'most' and 'must'. Also put some more effort to understand tenses and grammar construction of the English Language. Calm down and learn, it will not kill you. It is even more unfortunate that you do not know and you do not know that you do not know; yet you refuse to learn! Willful ignorance is the worst possible form of ignorance and can kill. Don't be shy, pick up a dictionary or, if you cant decipher the information therein, ask someone to teach you. Then again, this is the hallmark of druggie urchins, they are dumb by default so I am not surprised. |
Try and learn the difference between 'most' and 'must'. The moment you are able to assimilate the clear distinction between both words, you will understand, though most likely not appreciate, why sane, educated people voted Peter Obi while 'others' prefer Tinubu. YorubaRonuuu: |
Sleekfingers:This particular post is referring to fulanis under the umbrella of MACBAN whose business is cattle rearing. What other business are they doing please? Are they civil servants or contractors? Abi you just want to attack without reason? |
This accommodation y'all keep yapping about, is it given free of charge? If a person pays you an agreed sum to occupy a place for whatever duration, is that person not the owner for as long as the payment validly subsists? If one out-rightly purchases a land and develops/expands it in line with state planing guidelines, should that person not exercise rights of ownership and declare same boldly just because he is not an indigene? I really don't understand this accommodation business we keep hearing. You are really the unfortunate person who makes a sale and still wants to retain ownership of what you have sold. yarimo: |
Did you dash them land in Ibadan? Did they not pay and meet conditions set by Oyo state government? What is your problem with the Igbi man? Did you do to price land anywhere in the East and they refused to sell to you because you are from Ibadan? What gratitude are you looking for really? All Igbos should come out and dobaale every morning abi they should offer all their services to Ibadan indigenes free of charge or what exactly? Is your state govt not taking taxes from them? Since you are so grateful to the Fulani, go and call them out from Anambra and offer them accommodation in Ibadan especially as you said, your lands are way larger than that of Anambra! Nonsense!
