I was discussing this issue the other day with a high ranking security personnel, trying to unravel why there is this recent crackdown on cyber elements. One of the reason is simple and obvious - Majority of this scammers are against this government. Most people who have access to internet all day, who attack everything the government are doing (the bolded part in their comment says it all) are mostly made up of certain people with certain political alignment. Its no surprise. Anyway, I still believe in the 11th commandment; thou shall not be caught. |

SARS have actually shown to this commission that there is free money to be made in the street (on the street or at the street? ) by arresting and recovering assets and what have you from this cyber elements. I do not blame them for doing so as the commission needs money to sustain itself. I am still not understanding why someone will have money and will buy a car of 10 million while in a rented apartment I know a year two boy in Imsu, who bought the 2015 Lexus! There are empty land in Ogun state. Buy a land with that money and engage in agriculture or even transportation (15 million will give you 7 Corolla for Uber) or haulage or logistics. This diversification of income will give efcc or anyone hard nut to crack trying to know what you do. I find this guys way of life strange. |

alizma: I keep saying, distribute the prepaid meter to every house in Nigeria and you will see miracle happening in the power sector. The moment prepaid meter get to every home in Nigeria then the electricity distribution and use become real, fair business for both the seller and the user. The more you sell, the more profit you make. The more you pay, the more you can use. Tell me who will not want to make more profit in business? Aside the fact that those countries have effective power distribution, the citizen don't joke with government agencies over there. In one of the Africa countries(not mentioned above), if you fail to pay your electricity bill after 5days grace on the due date, you are bound to pay 10% charge on the actual bill. And the agency don't have to come to your house to remind you but everyone already know what to do. If you are supposed to pay on 30th but couldn't meet up on that day or before 5th of the following month, when you are ready to pay, you just calculate the 10% , add it to the actual bill and pay. A Nigerian in such situation will just abandon the thought of paying both the actual bill and the charges. A lot of Nigerian will borrow credit from mtn, glo, or 9mobile, after using the credit to meet their urgent need, they throw the Sim card inside the nearest gutter and buy another Sim. Our transformer breaks down like everyday. The estate now have prepaid meter all over the place, and since then the transformer have not even had a spark talk more of breaking down. Distribute prepaid meter and power problems is solved 60%. Most people who use AC&fridge in a single or 2 room apartment and cry about paying 5k a month estimated bills; just wait and get prepaid meter. With same consumption habits, you will instantly be paying more than 10k/month. |

Speculations everywhere. Everyone never loses in that market at the same time. As someone is loosing, so is another gaining. I buy a stock at #15, due to speculations I sold at #10 (my loss) not everyone's loss. Someone buys a stock for #10, and sold for #15, its his gain, not everyone's gain. In that market, the term loss is not particularly so. |

9jahotblog: Justice Bulkachiwa, A Woman On A Mission To Kill The Judiciary and Our Democracy.
[s]1] The Federal High Court, Abuja has asked Alhaji Adamu Bulkachuwa, Justice Zainab Bulkachiwa's husband to Stop parading himself as Bauchi North Senator Elect.
2] Alhaji Adamu Bulkachuwa (APC) has gone to the Appeal Court to challenge Alhaji Usman Tuggar's Court victory and Justice Zainab Bulkachiwa will be presiding over the case.
3] Justice Bulkachuwa with her connection in the Judiciary was alleged to ensured that this pre-election suit, filed by Tuggar suffer series of adjournment to ensure that Justice Bulkachuwa's name remain on the ballot for APC on the election day.
4] Apart from this case, Justice Bulkachuwa's husband, Adamu has an election tribunal case that is ending up in her court or the tribunal she constituted against the PDP candidate.
5] Justice Bulkachuwa's brother, the Gombe state governor election is in the Tribunal with the PDP's candidate and she refuses to stay away from the election tribunal cases.
6] Her son is a lawmaker elect and has an election tribunal case that will eventually end up in her case.
7] Justice Bulkachuwa's second brother, APC stalwart and a close confidant of President Buhari is also a Permanent Secretary in the Presidency.
8] It is impossible for Justice Bulkachuwa to be independent with what her immediate family have benefited from the APC and President Buhari.
9] Objective and fairness in cases within Justice Bulkachuwa's jurisdiction will be impaired because she is a direct beneficiary of the verdict of the cases she is handling.
10] Justice Bulkachuwa must NOT expect Nigerians to go to court to challenge her suitability or flood the streets protesting this conflict of interest and her premeditated moves to undermine the results of all the election cases throughout the country as she selected the judges for all the tribunal cases and have a big influence over them. [/s] Why do you guys like propaganda? So now this woman wants to kill democracy? Infact, all this politics don tire me. Let me branch somewhere and have some drinks. |

Are you aware that Umahi said herdsmen have the constitutional right to go anywhere in the south east? Should I remind you of how Ikpeazu was defending herdsmen? Let's not talk the effeminate Ugwuanyi. He's the one who declared prayer and fasting when herdsmen killed Igbos.
Ikpeazu, Ugwuanyi and Obiano combined have not completed the number of projects Rochas has.
The reason Igbos hate Rochas is because he's in APC, that's the fact. "The reason IPOB hates Rochas". IPOB and IGBO; there are glaring differences between those two.
