USD is the most accepted currency in the world, if wants to pay their debts, they will print more dollars without backing it up with assest like good etc.
Though this will cause inflation. Nigeria can't do the same, who's gonna use ngn on international market

and what happens when the USD starts loosing it’s hegemony as currently observed (SA, China, Ghana, Russia, India and counting?

Well, won’t we first have to compare 65,000 naira to 70 million naira?
Or what is US per capita compared to Nigeria?
Nigeria per capita is around 1million naira and each citizen owes 60,000 (about 5% of per capita).
US per capita is around 31million naira and each citizen owes 70million (more than 200% of per capita).
You get the point now?

2023 presidential election is between Tinubu and Atiku, Peter Obi doesn't exist.

It is near impossible to steal that much barrel a day. Means you will need the biggest tankers to be dropping in and out like 4 times a day. I find that hard to believe.
100-200k is somewhat reasonable.

I don't support thieves but he steals without carrying any form of weapon no matter how small and neither have plan to hurt anyone then serious beating is enough. However, if it's the other way then any form of punishment is allowed.

I don’t think many is against jungle justice or whatever it’s called but the fear of killing an innocent person - Mistaken identity kind of scenario.
In Portharcourt some years ago, a little boy started screaming that his penis was missing. That a man touched him and his penis was missing.
The mob descended on the man not knowing the little boy and his gangs are pickpocketers who disguised immediately they were noticed and caused pandemonium. An innocent man was killed right there and the rest is now history. Be careful what you wish for.
