Wahala! So what is PDP claiming because they also claimed stolen mandate? This matter get K-leg sha.

Thankfully, this bizarre elections have now thrown up three powerful political parties.
Moving forward, none of them will take the electorate for granted.
Big kudos to Peter Obi for not only contesting and disrupting the political calculations but as well throwing up senators, house of reps and will likely throw out Governors and reps - Great respect to him.

StagethemTVee:
Bola Ahmed Tinubu winner of Nigeria’s presidential election has thrown a shade at Dino Melaye during his first speech as President-elect.

Tinubu who was appraising his team member, called Dino Melaye a Let-out Gorilla for the Senator’s actions at the collation center. He thanked the team member, Babatunde Ogaga for how he handled Senator Dino during the Senator’s outburst.

Tinubu uses a lot of figurative expressions when given speeches at his own detriment. Many of us understand what that idiom meant but in this current tensed environment, this can be misconstrued wrongly and rightly so.

What I am saying is that two of the horses should have merged with one other horse to beat the APC horse.

There is a fine line between idealism and realism’. When we said it here, we were greeted with all sorts of abuses. Here we are today and reality have set in.
Politics / Re: 13.1 Million People Voted Against APC And Tinubu by frowland(m): 7:48am On Mar 01, 2023
Kobonaire4:
Here is a thought. 13.1 million people did not vote for APC, out of the 21 m who did vote.

If those 13.1 million people had voted for one party, APC would have been voted out. But because they voted for 3 different parties, the votes got divided, and APC won the election.

The truth is, APC lost this election. Most Nigerians did not vote for them, nor do they like them. But they won because Atiku and Peter Obi and Kwankwaso and Wike could not at the very least compromise with each other.

That is the sad cold truth. A disunited opposition loses the election.

Like I said, APC did not win this election, the opposition lost it.

The above logic is flawed.
In a four horse race, the winner’s score can never be above the sum total of the three 3 other candidates. Hilary won the ‘popular votes’ but Trump won the ’popular spread’.
Secondly, some of us on the fence saw this coming from the beginning. 1/3 of X cannot be greater than X no matter how we keep increasing the X.

It's like PDP is dead in South south. embarassed

Their Governors (Obaseki, Diri, Okowa, Udom) are so Unintelligent and Poor in Thinking! undecided

They would had given Peter Obi Massive Support for Presidency, then consolidated on HOR and Senate positions.
Instead, they followed Atiku and have now allowed APC dominate in both Presidential and NA elections undecided

Now, APC will take over Delta State, because Ovie Omo Agege will thrash Sheriff in the Guber Polls.
Even David Lyon in Bayelsa is gearing up to Take Over from Diri next year. sad

With the SS as you said, would Obi had gotten the 25% spread?
Anyway, I get your point: He would have gotten the highest votes cast and throw the election to a rerun and eventually win it because some who voted PDP will vote LP.
That being said, I think Okowa will lose delta state with the way things are going over there. Let’s see how it unfolds, oh and Lagos as well. Interesting times ahead.

It's difficult for PDP to win at last

Even margin wins in Lagos as well.

Really?
What’s Zamfara like?

So far APC is 438k and PDP is trailing with 125k. That margin alone cancels out Kastina and Yobe with excess votes to spare. It’s now a game of who wins with even 1 vote.

Atiku did not win Zamfara. Look at the margin of APC win in Kano and Zamfara. Then look at PDP margin win in your mentioned ‘core note’. You can see PDP complaining about the election at INEC collation center? That’s to tell you the direction the votes are going to.

Hahahahahaha Jagaban chopping beating left right and center

Look at the margin of defeat and then look at the margin APC gave PDP in Kano and Zamfara. That’ is what we are looking at not who win what. Both have gotten the statutory 25%. Now it’s a question of who wins by even 1 vote that is the issue. LP did the most damage down south because all those woke votes was originally a PDP vote. Meaning PDP would have won SS, SE and even Lagos.

Lol. They already tried that with The Nation today. Which is hilarious.

They look for one polling unit that APC won with wide margins and then come online to brag.

Shey Atiku defeated them in Osun State

Ojoro cancel Ojoro

The margin of defeat is is low in both party’s strong hold. Only LP had a wider margin in their strong holds.

My brother so far more than 50,000 men, women and children are buried under the rubble; families lose loved ones, hopes dashed. $1m is a good gesture as long as it actually gets to them.
When some of us help, it’s not because we have it in excess, sometimes we give help even when we are indebted. One love.

The Elections have shown many things.

1.Tinubu is highly overrated. He is not street credible. He is a paper weight politician that is powered by thuggery, ballot snatching and all that.

2.Structures that noise is being made about is structure of criminality, snatching and destroying democratic processes.

3. If Lagosians come out to vote the way they did yesterday and with a 60% free and fair election, the hold of tinubu on Lagos will be taken away. sanwolu will lose governorship.

4. Nyesome wike is overrated. With a 60% free and fair governship election, his candidate will lose woefully.

5.As a senatorial or house of rep aspirant, follow a good presidential that is loved, whether you are known or not, you will win.

5. INEC has a whole lot of work to do. So many robbers are their officials.

6. If the will of the people is taken away. I support the Nigerian military to take power and clean up the mess before we can have a good election.

You are yet to wake up from reality.
