But let’s be honest, what in heavens name is this? Is this not greediness? How will you then enter your house. So many things is wrong with both builders and government. When government saw this kind of narrow enclave, what did they do? Take more bribe and move on?
Everyone takes and gives bribes in Nigeria - Passing the consequences to next generation.
There are lots of poorly planned areas in Nigeria. Some places to name a street is even impossible. Shameful.

Something is really fishy I won't lie. This issue is so fishy. Shebi we heard the voice note of someone who claimed to have seen him alive when he entered the hospital with someone. And even said he took a photo with Mohbad shortly before he was taken to a room and administered an injection. This person sounded really convincing. Unless that person staged this up oh. But then again, why would someone stage something like this up? To what gain? So I don't even understand again.

So you believe a random voice note and not a written disclaimer by a hospital? Then your case is beyond redemption.

That's not the World's most expensive fighter jet. The most expensive is called the United States
NORTHROP GRUMMAN B-21 supersonic invisible fighter which was commissioned in California last year.
It roughly costs...$720million per jet.
It's a stealth nuclear bomber with unpredictable maneuvers. Its speed of attack and sting can be likened to that of the Peregrine Falcon bird, which happens to be the fastest bird & most precise bird in the world.

All their weapons are inflated figures with very good Hollywood PR.
Russia's TU-160 and PAK DA all do same thing and more efficiently as well.

Following the sudden death of popular Nigerian singer, Mohbad, a new video was released by @gistloverblog_mediaoutlet. In the video late Mohbad was seen saying that when he was arrested by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) he was given a table water to drink by officials of the NDLEA without knowing something has been added to it.

He also said that fellow label mate, Zinolesky snitched on him.

I just found out there's electricity debts of 500k unpaid to IBEDC.

How do I handle this?

I know it will be difficult getting such a negligent
previous owner to pay such bills.

When you bought the house, you also bought the liabilities. Those are checks you needed to do before initiating the transaction.
I bought a property not long ago for around 45m, and there was an unpaid land use charge bill of 400k on it: Had to clear it 🤷🏽‍♂️ . The legal way to me is a waste of money.

It’s nothing special. The bigger the load it will carry the more wheels it will have; Bicycle 🚴 does not carry to much load unlike keke, or a car 🚗 and so forth. Think of the wheel as humans. The larger the load the more people you add to carry the load.

If Bola Tinubu is not very careful, that Niger war will consume his administration. I told his supporters that it’s not about Nigeria’s military might but the pandora 📦 boxes that will open once this war goes as planned.
1. Who goes to war without first evacuating his citizens?
2. Why was he made ECOWAS chairman, seeing that he was just sworn in and have little experience compared to other members?
3. What is the role of france in all of this?
4. How about the humanitarian crisis across the region as a result of the military actions?
5. Why was there no war with Bukina faso, Mali? Why Niger?
So many questions, and unconvincing answer.
They should go to war and prove that Tinubu is a strong man. We will be watching from the stands.

The Private petrol stations needs to start leasing out their petrol stations to the NNPCL, so that they won't be run out of business.

Problem is, there are so many of the petrol stations in a particular area. Surely, there must be limit to what NNPCL/Oando/Total can take in a particular area. Similar to how bet9ja and the likes operated few years back. Those who leased theirs to NNPC earlier before now will be lucky.
