Let me share it you. The World Bank and your FG selected some states for some developmental needs and funding which Anambra State was one. Unless you are saying he should attract development to his state.
But the argument is that he didn't draw on the loan till he left because his time was up.

The World Bank offered Nigeria loan assistance for certain projects to be executed by the state govt .

The FG wrote to all states to apply for said loans if they are interested.

Anambra under your obi applied for said World Bank facility and was granted same facility.

The money landed directly into Anambra bank accounts and the only thing the FG was expected to do from then on is ensure deductions are made from FAAC allocations to states that keyed into the World Bank facility to be deducted and paid back .

You guys think you can spin something as obvious as a loan guarantee by the FG for a loan taken by states from the World bank

I suppose you could not read where he said all the loans being listed by soludo are Federal Government Loans which Federal Government appoints states for Execution and subsequent repayment. But beyond the 30m USD Federal Loan exposure to Anambra state, he left at least 150m USD in the coffers which was 5 times the Federal Loan Exposure.

I think this arrangement only exists in you and your Obi's head that the FG will force states to take loans from World bank and then have states repay it .
