I never supported your attacks on SA for calling for expulsion of your drug dealing brothers and I am not in any way or form going to support your latest attacks on Chinese businesses in Nigeria .

Crude is set to spike as Saudi announces cancellation of all oil deliveries scheduled for September owing largely to both the closure of the Straits of Hormuz and Red Sea straits now fully under Houthi control.

The Houthis also destroyed a major oil pipeline and pumping station that Saudis have come to rely on to export their crude given the closure of the straits of Hormuz.

The Houthis bombed a major section of the East-West pipeline and storage facilities about 4 days ago

Now the Saudis are declaring force majeure effectively suspending all crude exports.

Look at where you got it wrong;

1) You mangled the reasons why the goods sold by the Chinese are cheaper. Theirs are cheaper because the own the factories. Again, businesses there, are generously granted outlandish financial inducements by the government to prosper. The Chinese government places large emphasis on job creation more than taxes. To earn taxes, you need people to be working and engaged. They understand this.

2) This is not about "big shark and small shark". It is a lie that importers make outrageous profits from imports. This can only happen if you are a big importer. Most Importers from Nigeria, are small scale Importers, who measure their goods by CBM, and not wholesale Importers who order personal container loads. As a result, the scale of profits varies. Most traders only rake in reasonable profits after many "turnovers". You can check.
Infact, I have priced goods in China whose prices are almost the same as the prices in Nigeria. Making me wonder where the Importers got them..

3) This one is a bit surreal but very very important;
There are Chinese triads!
These are extremely sophisticated Chinese gangs in the mould of say and the rest in Nigeria. They are very clever, very ruthless, very effective and very active in underground trace and illicit businesses. I believe they are the ones involved in illegal mining in Zamfara that caused Nigerians to yell at the Chinese government few months ago. They are into counterfeit and all that. And if you read closely, you will understand that most goods being sold by these new Chinese shops are fakes.

We need to be very careful here. The Chinese triads can impose a president on this country someday, if we allow them to entrench themselves

So why for every reason you are claiming it is bad for Chinese to retail directly to Nigerians ?

If you were a producer, I will understand but you are still going to China to import goods you sell here and you are crying that Chinese are outselling you because they retail far cheaper than you.

Western Nigeria got balkanized through peaceful means agreed upon by the Yoruba majority house in Ibadan.

In Enugu, Ibo MPs who were the majority did everything to prevent minority people from getting their own separate region.

They took the matter to the federal house and had secured support from the western, Midwestern and Northern federal MPs to create COR region.

Thats what led to the Jan 15 coup.

Your Ojukwu declared Biafra following Gowon creating states for the minority people.

Eastern Nigeria was created by the British without consideration of ethnic aspirations.

Eastern Nigeria was not created by you ibos and the minority coastal people were never in their history ever subjugated by you until Eastern Nigeria was created by the British

The minority people protested against this arrangement but the British brushed it aside in their typical arrogance.

At independence the agitation got stronger after Western Cameroun left Nigeria just so they won't be in the same region with you . Inspiration from seeing the minorities in the western region successful securing a plebecite for their own region at Ibadan also inspired minority people to do same but their calls at Enugu for a referendum was always quickly shutdown by the Ibo majority .

Before Nigeria had independence, Igbos were the ones controlling Nigeria even after independence, which made other majority tribes to start to develop silent disdain for the Igbos which was even acknowledged by the colonial masters and even late Sir Ahmadu Bello made this clear when he said Northern Nigeria wants to start a policy to stop employing Igbos in their region because they were dominating every sector....that they would rather go abroad and hire foreigners to fill in professional gaps because back then, Igbos had the most professionals followed by the Yorubas...and even in the Western region now Southwest, same was happening as Awolowo fought Igbo's gradual dominance of Western Nigeria's civil service and trade.

Igbos continued to control things even after Tafawa Belewa was made Prime Minister who controlled the government....but from nowhere...some young and overzealous Igbo Military Officers led by Maj. Chukwuma Nzeogwu felt they could play the role of Captain save Mr. Awolowo and the Igbos and they ignorantly carried out a highly skewed coup that destroyed every damn thing Igbos labored to build for years....Igbos lost everything and started from ground zero and have been suffering the consequences of that singular act done by few young Igbo military officers for decades now.


Today Tinubu is leading Yorubas astray.....Yorubas that use to be the beckon of truth and neutrality in Nigeria, which helped to make Yoruba land one of the safest and most prosperous have now become the epicenter of political corruption, election malpractice done with so much pride, arrogance and bragado.....and the champions of tribalism and division while pretending it to be protectionism.....please as we carry on with these actions thinking its all political game and Tinubu is the master strategist, let's not forget that every action and decision of man comes with consequences; negative or positive.....so that tomorrow's consequences of our actions today won't come to us as a shock or injustice.
