The FBI added Olumide Adebiyi Adediran, a Nigerian man born in 1968, to its Most Wanted list over a string of fraud-related charges.

Adediran allegedly operated under at least 13 different names, including Kevin Olumide Adediran and Moxo Alexandre .

The FBI offered a $10,000 reward for any information leading to his arrest and conviction.

The United States Federal Bureau of Investigation has placed a Nigerian man on its Most Wanted list, publishing a lengthy list of aliases he allegedly used while evading authorities.

Olumide Adebiyi Adediran, born on October 11, 1968, is wanted by the FBI's Springfield Field Office on multiple charges, including bank fraud, violation of conditions of release, fraud related to identification documents and authentication features, and fraudulent credit card transactions carried out through unauthorised access devices.

One of the most striking elements of the FBI's wanted listing for Adediran is the sheer number of false identities he allegedly adopted. The bureau published 13 names it says were used by the suspect, listed as follows:

In April 2003, Ms. Murphy and Mr. Okeke began a romantic relationship. They started to have trouble in their relationship a few weeks prior to July 4, 2003. On July 4, 2003, Mr. Okeke invited Ms. Murphy to attend a Fourth of July party at his apartment. Both Ms. Murphy and Mr. Okeke consumed alcohol at the party. At some point in the evening, Ms. Murphy and Katy Elizabeth Gaire, Mr. Okeke's roommate, went into the bathroom to talk privately. When Ms. Murphy told Ms. Gaire that she and Mr. Okeke were involved in a romantic relationship, Ms. Gaire said, “now that I know that, you need to know that within the past two weeks since I've moved in ․ I've slept with [Mr. Okeke] four or five times.” After receiving this news, Ms. Murphy became very emotional and began to cry and yell. Mr. Okeke then burst through the bathroom door and began arguing with Ms. Murphy and told her three or four times to “Get the F [expletive] out of his house.” Ms. Murphy was sitting on the edge of the bathtub when Mr. Okeke lunged at her, and she fell into the tub. During the argument, Ms. Murphy ran into Mr. Okeke's bedroom. Inside the bedroom, Mr. Okeke dragged Ms. Murphy by her legs and arms; repeatedly hit her in the face (including her eye); kicked her in her legs and on her buttocks; and pushed her up against the wall. While he was assaulting her, Mr. Okeke repeatedly asked her to leave.

The attack left Ms. Murphy with a black eye, a swollen face, bruises extending from her lip down to the base of her neck as well as on the side of her face and arms, and cuts to the inside of her mouth.4 After Mr. Okeke left the bedroom, Ms. Murphy locked the door and called 911. Before the police arrived, Ms. Murphy climbed through the bedroom window to the outside ledge of Mr. Okeke's first-floor apartment because she feared that Mr. Okeke would continue to assault her. Mr. Okeke walked to a nearby balcony, and the argument continued outside. A crowd started to form, and a neighbor helped Ms. Murphy off the ledge of the apartment to the street level.

He was sentenced to 3 months in jail for a battery assault charge back in 2022 which he served every single day in a Washington DC jail facility.

Normally , battery assault charge will not warrant a 3 months jail sentence but usually a fine, restitution, community service, court mandated anger management class or a suspended sentence and probation.

But the judge decided Okeke must go to jail. This was due to the severity of the injuries he inflicted on the victim who happened to be his live in partner.

And no, Okeke isn't married to any German nobility. He just gave himself Von Batten because according to court filings, in 2022, Okeke was sentenced to 3 months jail time for beating his then girlfriend to a pulp.

In the landmark decision Murphy v. Okeke, 953 A.2d 785 (D.C. 2008), the D.C. Court of Appeals exposed a horrifying episode of domestic brutality that utterly shatters any remaining veneer of respectability.

According to the court documentation, on July 4, 2003, following a dispute in his residence, Okeke-Von Batten subjected his then-partner, Cynthia D. Murphy, to a savage and sustained physical assault. Dragging her by her limbs across a bedroom floor, he repeatedly struck her in the face, fractured the interior of her mouth, kicked her legs and torso, and hurled her against structural walls—an explosion of unbridled rage that left her with a severe black eye, extensive facial swelling, and contusions extending from her lips down to the base of her neck.

The subsequent judicial reckoning was absolute. Following a rigorous misdemeanor bench trial, Okeke-Von Batten was convicted of simple assault and sentenced to 180 days in incarceration—a stark, unvarnished judicial confirmation of his violent conduct. More revealing still was the appellate court’s scathing rebuke of his legal maneuvers and the trial judge’s initial victim-blaming rationales.

The appellate bench was forced to intervene decisively to reverse a retaliatory Civil Protection Order that had been improperly issued against Ms. Murphy under the grotesque pretense that her emotional reactions had somehow “provoked” his physical violence.

This is the character that is claiming he just got appointed by Trump as a commissioner.

Every background check by the CIA, FBI, Secret Service and Homeland security will automatically barr someone like the woman beater Okeke Von Batten from ever getting a Presidential appointment even in a dysfunctional Trump admistration.

Not surprisingly, the FBI goes on to specifically invoke FOIA Exemption 3 and 18 U.S.C. §§ 2510–2520, the federal law governing Title III wiretaps, to protect the identities of individuals targeted for interception and information obtained from those wiretaps. The problem with this argument is that #FOIA has limited protection for deceased persons and persons convicted of a crime. The FBI itself states on pages 19–20 of Document 100-1 that “privacy concerns are typically obviated once an individual is deceased.” We are speculating, but the only targeted person we believe is alive in that case is Nigerian President Bola #Tinubu.

We truly hope that the court puts aside the FBI’s argument and orders the release of the wiretap material. If Nigerian President Tinubu is on those wiretap tapes connected to #heroin trafficking, the American people, the @realDonaldTrump Administration, Congress, and the #Nigerian people deserve to know what those tapes contain.
