Okeke even lied on his FARA form that he was born in the US but he himself had said in the past that he is an immigrant who moved to the US in the early 2000s.

As part of his lie of being a US veteran, he claimed to have been "an immigrant working in the financial sector ".

He also claimed falsely that he was working in a financial firm and was in the office suit located on the 37th floor of one of the Twin towers on September 11 when the two passenger jet aircrafts crashed into the building.

He claims he was able to evacuate the building and that he then joined the US National Guard on that same day to avenge the 9/11 attacks.

He further lied that he served in the Pentagon's National Guard office under a US General who at the time he claimed was commanding a separate US Army post in another state outside of Washington.

Okeke will post an AI generated image of himself as a young army personnel with no name tags .

I ran the image through the number 1 AI image checker and it came back 99% Ai generated.

Okeke is the scammer of the decade.

As a registered Washington lobbyist under FARA, he is explicitly forbidden from lying about his connections and access to politicians and officials of the US govt .

Posting an obvious AI faked photo with Trump's son can be used as evidence against him in court for breaching FARA regulations.

I even have strong feelings that he is either a Chinese or Russian spy and the FBI and CIA needs to investigate.

Someone who can change his name and lie to such extent is a threat to national security.

He claimed on his FARA form that he was born on US soil but this has been disputed by independent journalists who have taken an interest on exposing the fraud Okeke.

Under US FARA laws, any individual lobbyist must disclose their nationality and or path to nationality so as to determine if they automatically be registered as representatives of a foreign govt/individual/organisations.

Okeke has claimed in the past of being an Immigrant who moved to the US and gained his citizenship.

And other instances, he has claimed to have been born on US soil there g making him automatic US citizen at birth.

As per being a foreign agent to the Chinese or Russians, those ones are not stupid as the govt of DRC, Somalia and Alhaji Atiku to have hired this scammer.

What will the Chinese or Russians need this obvious crook and scammer for ?

Go through Dr. Karl Von Batten's page, he frequently posts and delete tweets after they have served their purpose. He is running a lobby firm, not a page for personal life activities. He has the whole presidency spokespersons observing night vigil on his page. He owns them.

This is by far the most stupid excuse I have heard so far.

And note that Okeke is no doctorate holder.

That one sef is a scam that I will soon create a topic to discuss.

Your Okeke is in hot water .

And he can't activate the first amendment as defense because there's no freedom of speech protection when one announces to the world that they had been appointed by the President of the United States as a federal officer.

There is no first amendment legal protection for claiming an appointment that he knew never existed and was totally made up by him.

Under US FARA regulations, Okeke can be charged for serious crimes over his false appointment claims.

And no he can't use the "content creator" excuse to wiggle himself out of this mess he has put himself into.

If you notice he has not posted anything since his last post on X announcing his fake appointment by Trump .

Rather Okeke was forced to take down that post .

Okeke can not also rely on the first amendment by claiming freedom of speech as FARA regulations are very clear on any lobbyist firm advancing false credentials especially personal access to the WH or Congressional members to secure a lobby contract or to maintain one .

Okeke had seen that his lobbying claims and expertise work was now being scrutinized by Nigerians and in order to keep his one and only sole client, Alhaji Atiku still confident in retaining him, Okeke made up that lie of a WH appointment.

Okeke has not posted anything since but he has however taken down the post on X announcing his fake appointment .

This signals to me that someone must have contacted Okeke to delete that post for his own good.

I won't be surprised if he has been visited by officers from the FBI's Washington District office over his post claiming to now be a Presidential appointed US federal officer.

And I am dead sure that in the nearest future we will read of Okeke being hurled before a Federal judge for impersonating a US Federal officer, wire fraud and intent to decieve.

No. What you need to do is to bring evidence of where he previously claimed that Tinubu will be arrested in the US. His tweet about Tinubu being humiliated made it to the frontpage weeks ago. He also said he was working to truncate plans of Tinubu lobbying to meet with Trump. I challenge you to bring any evidence of where he previously claimed that Tinubu would be arrested. No one has threatened Tinubu with arrest, if he ends up not going to the US, it'll be because he's unsure of himself and doesn't want to take chances. The whole presidency seem to be on an attacking spree against him. That's a win for him if you ask me. It shows he's getting under their skin.

Okeke has deleted his post on X announcing and celebrating his fake Presidential appointment.

Forget the rubbish Dare is spewing.

Okeke found out from this my thread here that he risks serious jail time up to 20ys for impersonating a US Federal appointed officer, wire fraud for using X to spread that false claim and also for intending to use the fake appointment to boost his standings as a Washington lobbyist with direct Presidential WH .

The last one attracts 20ys in a federal prison and the wire fraud alone for using X to spread his fake appointment is a confirmed 3y sentence. Then there's the impersonation of a Presidential appointed Federal officer which attracts no less than 5ys.

The US govt through the FBI's NSD division would have paid Okeke a long over due visit over that post he made on Wednesday or he would have gotten a hold of my thread warning him of the serious legal problems he has put himself into with that fake appointment.

Just wait and see how your Okeke will be dragged before a US federal District circuit court for all these charges I have outlined.

Okeke deleted that post after I warned him here that he is playing with prison if he continues to lie on his Social media account of getting an appointment with the Trump adminstration.

Okeke is already in hot water for impersonating a US appointed federal officer and by making that announcement on his X account he had already committed wire fraud because he intended to use that fake appointment announcement to boost his influence as a credible US lobbyist with close inside connections with the Trump WH.

That alone is deciet.

There's no appointment anywhere and the only reason Okeke deleted that post announcing his fake appointment is because he was in serious breach of US federal laws.

After reading the court proceedings and judgement, I didn't see where it was mentioned that Mr Okeke spent 31 days in jail as you alleged.

The first trial got him convicted but imposed a suspended sentence and a one year probation and also denied the victim legal restitution fees.

The victim then appealed the judgement in a higher court which will later order restitution to the victim and then order Okeke to do time behind bars..

This is why Okeke went to adopt Von Batten as his surname to hide his criminal conviction past.

So there's no way he can get a Presidential appointment.

So rest.
