I am not really that familair with Oyo state and so i nwould not poke my nose into something I have very little understanding of. That said, you cannot because of one person deride due process. The notion that somehow 'due process' is bad for our politics, coming from you, is just unfortunate. What worries me more is that you have not been able to back up your premise that : Due process produce bad leadership. Every single example, save for Akala, has been debunked. I know you have your agenda. And to give PDP a bad name, you threw in names like Adedibu, Anenih and Obanikoro. However, you seem unable to come up with something specifically bad about Obanikoro. And dont forget that Obanikoro used to be in AD, at least during Ojuyobo's first term, he was an AD man. I will not fault your argument on Anenih. But to claim that PDP is bad because of people like Adedibu is just unfair. FYI, Adedibu was never a card carrying member of PDP. He gets along pretty well with OBJ and some personalities in the PDP, but that is not enough evidence to attach him to PDP. His friends cut across part-line.

How would Fashola have fared in the money politics of primaries against the Big boys. But the "consensus" gave probably the best guy the ticket.

Your assumption here is that Fashola is the best candidate for Lagos state. And that, Lagosians do  not have the mental capacity nor where-withal to choose the right person for them. I categorically put it to you that you are wrong. You have exhibited the type of arrogance and baseless pride often found in highly educated people. it is the pride the makes uneducated people view educated elites with contempt and derision. For the avoidance of doubt, there are other credible candidates in Lagos-state. Have you ever asked yourself why Tinubu did not get along with certain personalties in Lagos? Ever asked yourself why Tinubu created ACN from AD?  Why he disagreed with Bucknor and Femi Pedro?

Can you in all sincereity look at your loved ones in the eye and say to them that Fashola is a better candidate than Bucknor? If you were living in Lagos, going by their antecedents, job experience, principle, and educational qualififications, would you have prefered Fashola over Pedro? Not to even mention Agbaje, Obanikoro, Ogunlewe and the rest.

No, the consensus did not give the best guy. It never did. What the consensus gave us in 1998/99 was a murderer, thief, mafioso, ritualist, corrupt, morally bankrupt criminal who is bereft of ideas over a totally nice, gentle, smart, idealistic, compassionate, and law abiding ENgr. Funsho Williams. Funsho Williams was the best Governor Lagos-State never had. What we also got, was imposition of a foreigner over the collective will of all Lagosians, yours truly included.  What worries me more is that the anti-democratic processes that produced Ojuyobo and fashola could easily impose an Igbo man on Lagosians as governor.

What the Tinubu consensus gave was the most obedient guy, not the 'best'. Now, I understand that if Iwere Tinubu, I prolly would do the same thing. By his actions, he has contradicted himself gravely, and pretty much has taken us back , rather than forward. Imagine were Lagos state would have been with , say , someone like Bucknor at the helms? just Imagine? Fashola may have done fairly well, but his inability to act independently of Tinubu have done more harm than good to Lagos State, and indeed to Nigeria. Imagine what he could have achieved with the 36 Billion Naira that went into Tinubu's private account over the past 3 yrs. How sweet would it have been, if only fashola could operate without the Man- made (:::Read;Tinubu-made: distractions he has had to contend with over the past three years.

A notorious hacker Max Butler, known also as Max Ray Vision as well as under the nickname Iceman, w[b]as sentenced to 13 years in federal prison by U[/b]S District Court in Pittsburgh. He was found guilty of hacking financial firms and stealing nearly two million credit card numbers from banks, businesses and other hackers. It is the longest sentence hackers have ever received for their crimes in the US.

Max Butler was charged with wire fraud and identity theft. Above the 13 year sentence Butler will also face five years of supervised release and must pay US$27.5 million in restitution to his victims.

Butler pleaded guilty to wire fraud charges in June last year. He participated in hacking into carder forum websites, where stolen credit card numbers are bought and sold. Butler would persuade the members to conduct their business through his own website CardersMarket.com. Criminals used the stolen credit card numbers to create fake debit and credit cards that were then used to steal money or merchandise.
