Kobojunkie: I also remember those thousands on the streets on that day, and the riots that followed. I also remember how it turned out that many of those who were beaten and killed were attacked by their neighbors, and friends, and not necessarily by the Army, and the police. I also remember, that thousands of people packed up and fled, not away from the army, or away from the police, but away from their neighbors and their friends to the safety of their mother's villages. Lies! Lies!! Lies!!! Must you lie Kobo Always fabricating and sensationalizing Phucck you! I am sure you are not a Nigerian! WHat a crazy mofo |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only (R.I.P Bawomolo). by fstranger1: 5:37pm On Feb 03, 2011 |
debosky: @ Dudu
Yes he could, but it was always going to be France.
I don't follow - what has Pardew or Sam done to further the cause of the England national team?
I don't know about it being 'very unfair', it simply reflects the manager's natural bias. They ve both never had the opportunity to handle a top English club. Whether you agree or not, they have a point, remember the comment in 2006, credited to Perdew, about Arsenal not representing the English team? Well, he was comparing the make up of the team to other top clubs like Liverpool, Chelsea, ManUTD and the likes. Even the current Arsenal team has less English players than the Chelsea team of few years back famously tagged "UN team." It is Wenger's lackadaisical attitude towards better representation of the English in Arsenal that has made him public enemy #1 with other coaches. And, I understand how they feel, how can you manage a top club in a foreign land and completely ignore the talents that abound in that country while rigorously developing players from your own country, not to talk about the economic perspective and perceived affront on the English culture that Wenger's action supposedly generate |

debosky: ^^ Wenger helping develop the French national team again. . . . .some commentators call Arsenal France's biggest club and it's not far off from the truth when you look back over the recent past. Thats one of of flaws, and it is very unfair Thatz probably why people like Alan Pardew and Big Sam hate his guts |
