Well in the case of Nigeria, thats what we need at this point. our main problem is that of access, access to western education. Let us get them literate first, if possible, improve their self esteem, at the very least, they need to understand their rights under this new type of government, quality can come later. Rome wasnt built in a day.

We will get there, but lets get them enrolled first. At this stage, better to have a lot of half-baked graduates than to have very few well educated elite. Education, no matter how substandard, makes a people easy to lead, but difficult to drive; easy to govern, but impossible to enslave

That said, their bests are prolly better than ours
