Too much of these drugs aggravate ulcer by adding more to the symptoms and even cause more wounds in your stomach. Forcing yourself to poo is a bad thing cos of haemorrhoids. Many ulcer patients battle with haemorrhoids too.

You can go for herbal remedies, stay away from spicy foods and any thing that aggravate it and make sure you eat early and don't skip meals.

3. Get Baking soda NOT Baking powder.
Baking soda is Sodium Bicarbonate,

Mix asmall quantity of 1 and 2 together and
brush your teeth and mouth with solution of 1.
Do this regularly, the bad breath will go.

Gaggle wth hydrogen peroxide regularly.
