I believe if those given the death sentence where found guilty shouldn't be pardoned.
I mean,the army isn't jst a unified body where you make your own decisions,being an army comes with much work of full dedication & commitment in protecting your country...

I think they should face the sentence passed upon them to serve as a deterrent to others trying to follow same part,besides the motto has always been clear "Obey the last order".


If the Nigerian military men were chosen from nairaland,i think by now Nigeria would have been at the verge of collapse...Countries like Ghana,Sudan, Cameroon & others would have been a threat to us.

The military is meant for strong hearted men,not the timid men i see over here attacking me for being mean & wiced.

Such a pity that our leaders have shown their lackadaisical desperations to do whatever needs to be done to gain political power.

Ever since Al Mustapha was freed one should have expected or hoped that the police force would have reopened the case of kudirats murder but in a country where truth is always seen a blatant lie nobody is even asking these questions "who killed kudirat"?, "who killed dele giwa"? "Who killed bola ige"?.

The list of political murders is piling up, and nobody is blinking an eyelid. One day I believe it will be their turn then we will see who cries and crow "like the cock crow at dawn".

You are a kid... Court of Appeal is a Federal establishment and since GEJ has put the president of court of appeal under his despiration, he can easily manipulate anything. Mustafa could not prove his innocense before High Court but could do it before Court of Appeal - lol. You are truly a flat-headed villager.

GEJ is despirate and would anything as he has been doing like sponsoring bombing campaigns to blackmail opponents. He will fail though - write it down.
