since 2000 shocked shocked shocked
as at that time lagos had not even really developed
but now i believe your land would have been sold to 4 different people
and someone would have helped you place a structure on it.

Properties / Advice: Is My Land Lost? by funkymedina: 4:11pm On Apr 10, 2015
So I bought land , one and half plot in igbopa village, ikorodu in the year 2000. I had it surveyed and have my 5 copies of the survey stuff registered in the local government. I bought it from the surveryor who also has an estate agent business. I also have a reciept of purchase from him. The land was given to him as payment for work done for some family. He had a lot of land so I wanst the only one that bought from him. Since then I havent done anything . I am not even in lagos. Is the land lost?

I didnt bulid a fence or anything ..just the survey and registration. The surveyor was abit old then , if he is alive he will be very very old . his company was called Shabi properties. Should I even bother asking someone to go check it out . It was real bush back then ..
Any advice will be helpful

Thanks

House of targaryen vs House of lannisters
APC VS PDP
the targaryens were wiped out and the house of Lanister rulled from behind baratheon. Your relation to APC PDP doesnt not compute

Music/Radio / Trying To Remeber A Naija Song From The Early/mid 90s by funkymedina: 12:08pm On Jul 13, 2014
Before there was kush , there was this really tall naija guy that had a hit gospel song on tv/radio back then. All i remeber is "sunday in EKY" eky being the plate number letters for etiosa LGA i.e ikoyi/VI area back then. It was a very nice song but i cant remeber his name or the song , he was an ikoyi/vi guy if i remember correctly and the song was contemporary. Who knows it may have been late 80s but i doubt its that far back. He was really tall and they showed the video on nta2 channel five alot back then . any one remember? cant find anything on utube or google since i dont remember much.
cheers for any help
Education / Re: Difference In Mentality Of Vocational Students & Academic Students by funkymedina: 8:20am On Jan 08, 2014
The OP is 100% correct. I have a bachelors degree and a masters degree here in Europe and I tell you there is nothing compared to a practical skill, the works of ur hand .. I have taught myself to sew , build electronic circuits and other stuff i love but couldnt because I must be a LAWYER...I even sew handbags on the side now cheesy.
My kids, even though they will go to university MUSAT learn a vocational skill..MUST ! i dont care what skill.. weldiing carpentry, baking. hat making whatever in addition to ur degree. If they r interested in IT then add programming to that list ..you dont need a degree to be a programmer either. LET HE WHO HAS EARS HEAR!

This is how nigerian men think .I spent some money so therefore I am entitled to ra'pe ..they come abroad and do it here, always ra'ping ..fvck*ing savages! Basket mouth is a representation of a typical nigerian and the response here shows it . they cant even begin to undertstand why the so-called rap'e joke is in bad taste!
