My HR just invited me for an interview 3days after I took the video interview and psychometric test although they said they would contact me in 3weeks time. I was so happy and surprised to see the invitation.

Congrats! Just be confident. Trust in God sha. During my interview, I was stuttering. Lol. I already believed I wouldn't be called for the second interview. Just be yourself. You should know details about UBA though, you might be asked. Like chairman, GMD, vision. I was able to chip in current news about the group on my day of interview and the interviewer sef wasnt aware. I believed that gave me an edge

Nothing hard. Had my own last interview with a male HR. It's basically these questions; Tell me about yourself. What is the greatest project you've ever done. In few sentence tell us why we should hire you.

Trust me though, if you get called for a second interview, there's 90% chance you'd be picked. Except you really flopped.

I did the aptitude test the day before yesterday and was successful. I did the psychometric test immediately and I was told I would be contacted via mail or call.

Mine took three weeks. You might be lucky though and get a mail from your HR to come for your interview in a week's time

Once you're done with the assessment, you get either a success message or a regret message. If lucky you can do your first interview on that day.

After the video call stage, you'd get called for an oral interview. For me I after my assessment, I had an oral interview, followed by the video chat then I was called for my last interview 3weeks after that and started banking school the week after my last interview. All the best.

Then for questions to expect from the video interview. I'm guessing you've done it already but for those that are yet to do it, it's quite simple. You'd see a question like how do you achieve your goals? You go ahead to record yourself answering the questions. It's quite easy as you can always restart video recorded before moving to the next question. But once you move to the next question, forget it you can't refresh the precious entry

Salary isn't the same for Graduate trainees o. I've friends who are HND. I earn more than they do as a Bsc holder

50 questions for 25mins(can't really remember the timing) . It's obj all through. Just be attentive while in class. It's no biggie, quite simple. Alli the best.
