Should incase you visit any of the telecoms outlet with the basic requirements for simswap and you are unable to do it. I guess it's do to the upgrade that is going on. That is Nimc capacity expansion, some of the Telecoms are working on there outlets to serve you better due to the National ID card registration that is ongoing.
