For instance, it doesn't make sense for someone going for petroleum economics to go and face chemical and processes panel. That is part of why rescheduling would be difficult.

Full medical is usually General medical certificate . . . In IOM, it is precisely 102k. Meanwhile . . .

Circumstances like illness, wife giving birth, or death of close one.

No matter what it is, talk with MFAT. They are the most friendly and understanding organization I've related with. However, deferral or postponement of resumption is easier for PhD.

PTDF is largely merit based. At times, candidates with weak credentials or that performed poorly hide behind nepotism to justify their non-selection.

Mr A's life target may be to work for World Bank, United Nations or even set up large companies, while Mr B's target is to sit in a govt ministry carrying files around and waiting for promotion every 2-5 yrs. All of these are good but choices differ.

DPR pays oversight visits to oil/oil servicing companies (inspection, etc) and most times gets settled somehow. So what's the big deal with NASS paying oversight visit and getting settled somehow? Just be lucky they don't ask for that direction or your state.
