Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels has gifted her mother customized gifts, WonderTV Media reports.

Rita Daniels, mother of Regina Daniels took to her Instagram page on Friday 23th July to post a video of the items given her by her daughter, Regina Daniels as she showered prayers on her.

She captioned the video “A souvenir
A souvenir from @regina.daniels @reginadanielsfashion”.

According to Rita Daniels, she is so amazed and proud of Regina Daniels for always taking her advice and being a good girl.

She stated that she couldn’t have imagined that the actress would reason so mature considering her age. She promised to continue praying for the actress.

The items given her include; a customized wine, customized dresses, customized diamond necklaces, rings, earrings, customized wine glass, candies, etc.

A man in Adamawa State has been arrested for allegedly beating his wife to death.

The state Police Command said it arrested 41-year-old Usman Hammawa on Thursday, July 22, for beating his 36-year-old wife, Rabiyatu Usman, till she died.

The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Suleiman Nguroje, said in a statement on Friday morning, that “The suspect, Usman Hammawa, resident of Jada Ward in Ganye Local Government Area engaged his late wife in a fight following a little argument.”

The PPRO said the fight ensued between them when the deceased demanded the refund of N1,000 that the accused was owing her.

“Angered by her action, the suspect applied force on his late wife by hitting her head on the wall, as a result of which she fell down unconscious and was rushed to the hospital where she was confirmed dead,” the PPRO further explained.

He said the suspect was apprehended by the Police in Ganye Local Government Area following report received from a relative of the deceased and a good Samaritan.

He added that the suspect, who is a Civil Servant with Ganye Local Government Council, has five children with the deceased after 16 years of marriage.

He said the state Commissioner of Police, CP Aliyu Adamu, had deployed officers of Anti- Homicide Unit of the Police Command to take over investigation and ensure that the law took its due course.

Seven persons have perished in a motor accident along the ever busy Minna-Suleja highway in Niger state, Reports.

It was gathered by , that the accident involving a Mazda salon car and a gulf salon car with registration number KTU 506 BK occurred in the early hours of Thursday, July 22.

Five of the victims died at the spot while two others died on their way to the hospital. Two people who were critically injured have been evacuated to a private hospital in Lamatta, in Gurara local government area of the state, Reports.

According to an eye witness who Notified On Whatsapp Chat, Said, The accident occurred between Kwakuti and Lambata when the two vehicles, both traveling on opposite direction had a head on collusion.

Although the cause of the accident was not immediately known, eye witness however said it was not unconnected with over speeding inside a heavy down pour in the morning, Reports.

According to one of the villagers who were at the scene of the accident to assist the men of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) evacuate both dead and the injured, the two vehicles were damaged beyond repairs.

Meanwhile the bodies of those who died in the accident have been deposited at the sabon wuse General hospital.
