bixton: In an ideal environment both buyer and seller pays an agreed percentage of total purchase amount to be shared amongst their respective middle men separately.
As a buyers' middle man, your percentage comes from your client. Sellers' middle man will often times collect from both sides due to their role.
Be intelligent enough to collect your due but let it not bring arguments. thank you. |

Rubbiish: 5% from buyer and 5% from seller is d accurate one hello, I need to be specific a bit The buyer came through me and we searched for who knows owner of the land. We got a lead who linked us to the owners of the land. In this case, would I still get 5% from the owners of the land while the person who led us to the owner of the land gets his sorted by them? |

KINGwax007: In my own knowledge, a red copy is the original copy, also called a registered survey. Once done, it would be registered with the state's ministry of whatever that's in charge of lands. This is a record that the state already checked the land and it is not under acquisition. This survey also helps you well in a legal battle. Price is premium between 120k and 150k as the new rule of April 2017 by the Nigerian institute of surveyors.
The other copy is just a useless copy that only reflects the size of the land if the client's needs to really know. It's so useless that you can't use it for any legal battle or official needs. It's around 20k per plot. But can we take the copy from the surveyor to the Surveyor General Office to cross check if it they have record of it? |
Properties › Re: The Importance Of The Red Copy Of A Survey Plan by futurism: 7:07am On Nov 20, 2019 |
Morcash01: The red copy (record copy) is the original survey plan drafted by the surveyor including the orientation and connection of you land to exciting framework this is then submitted to the surveyor general office for proper documentation , while the blue copy is the one given to the client and other third parties if need be. This is a timely information that I definitely need. Now I understand better. Thanks to the OP. |

What is the percentage that should be given to middle man who help sell land? Some say 10% from buyer and some say 5% from buyer and 5% from seller.

seguntijan: Tell me anyone on earth that is not greedy? and did you just say his power does nothing the the body that house it? Lagos house Tinubu and apart from Abuja tell me a state that's as developed as Lagos in terms of physical and human capacity. Tell me any Nigerians dead or alive that has produced any successful people to the post of the country Vice-president, Ministers, MDAs chairmen, Governors as much as Bola Ahmed Tinubu. My friend a selfish person can't boast of such.
An average Yoruba man is educated, look at the first five best university in Nigeria, they're all based in South West, in terms of human development, no part of the country can boast of the numbers like the Yorubas.
And still Southwest remains the state everyone migrate. if you calculate the number of people the state receives every hour you won't but pity the pressure this people place on the infrastructure available.
We know we're not perfect and we're seriously working on it
of course but I am very sure you're either educated in the southwestern part of this country or you're currently working in the southwestern part of the country or your benefactor succeeded in the southwestern part of this country. All I know is that there's no clan in Nigeria that won't have a link in Southwest especially Lagos if not Abuja. so focus on your governors distributing Kerosene or the governor Aba women wanted to protest naked against for the dilapidation that has befallen them. Again, you guys like living in denial. I will respond to you when I am on PC. |

27Pushing30: The border closure shapes the behavior/drives the demand for local rice.
By the time this structure is fully operational (if policy remains consistent) then it should the feedstock and market ready to absorb its finished products.
As we speak more Nigerians (Myself included) have begun to patronize local rice (Though i only buy in Dericas bi weekly).
This is actually the role of government .. shaping behaviour and providing social infrastructure/amenities/security. The problem is not buying. For health reasons, I can't eat what I saw. It was too browny and stony |

seguntijan: In some professions, when you get to a certain point you'll become a consultant. Same goes with politics, Tinubu is a consultant in Lagos, southwest and national political matters. He knows his Onions well that is why some are jealous of him. I don't blame haters though because naturally when you're on a course to greatness people laugh you to scorn, then jealousy set in - due to your progress, follow by hatred and before you know it you're great. So, if you want to succeed in life haters must show up ( some will just hate you without any reason). If Tinubu depart to meet his ancestors today, his name can never be forgotten in the history of Lagos, and Nigeria as a whole. He has already written his name with gold in annals of history. Nobody is jealous of him. It's the greedy and selfishness that people hate. What is the use of power if it does nothing to the body that house it. Look at the life of the average yoruba man and tell me how the emergence of Tinubu has improved their life, aside of few which he uses to extend his tentacles of power. Can the Yoruba boast of improved Healthcare, constant power supply, education, traveling outside Nigeria on vacation at will or they are still suffering and smiling? But its a culture that you Nigerians love to live in denial. Wetin concern me.... Make I continue my hustle. |
