Musiwa,: let be honest with ourself. nuhu ribadu in a free and fair election would not pick up to 2% vote in yorubaland. look in a free and fair election , NO northerner can pick 5% vote in yorubaland because of the history of nigeria.
northerner roll military tank on yoruba people for 6 years , on nearly every street from 1993 to 1999.
i honest believe all this people on nairaland are fake people.in nigeria, that i know it is impossible for a northerner to win up to 5% of the vote.
look many yoruba people were lock up and jail for no reason.
what is the stand on yoruba people on nigeria. the yoruba people always made thier stand on the unity of nigeria, the yoruba people have made thier opinion clear, they want to leave What a troll! If people on nairaland are fake, I hope you wrote this on dollarland. LMAO No room for tribalism here my friend. |

BUHARI IS NOT POPULAR AT ALL IN THE WHOLE SOUTH WHEREAS RIBADU IS SHARING VOTES WITH HIM IN THE NORTH WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT!!
WHILE ACN IS ALLOVER THE COUNTRY,BUHARI IS ONLY KNOWN IN THE NORTH,YOU THINK NORTHERN VOTES ALONE(THAT WILL EVEN BE SPLIT WITH HIM BY RIBADU/SHEKARAU/GEJ) WILL GET HIM THE PRESIDENT?
RIBADU'S CHANCES ARE FAR BETTER AND LIKELY TO UPSET GEJ EVEN INCASE OF RUNNOFF THAN BUHARI.
SUPPORT RIBADU,VOTE RIBADU 2011 That is your thinking jare, reality will dawn on you come MAY. |

I care about the future of my children. I want a better Nigeria. We can be a better nation when compared with the north countries like the USA,UK,Canada etc And this can only be done by good leadership which I smell in BB.
If you vote PDP, then plan for more STAGFLATION If you vote ACN then plan for ONE man ruling us, we all know the man
But voting for BUHARI-BAKARE, I see great future I see more employment opportunities I see stable electricity I see corruption being a thing of past I see good governance I see good Nigeria |

The crux of the matter is that every aspirant should be given a level playing field; as such no one should be excluded, from a debate no matter how hopeless their ambition might be. I'm not a fan of Dele and can never vote for him, but the act of denying him the platform to present himself to the electorate should be condemned by every right thinking person. sammhi: Am a christian , edo state. Buhari's CPC is a better party than ACN. The ACN is much like PDP. if Acn should form the centre government (God forbids) the masses will be exploited, nepotism , tribalism, inflated contract and outright fraud will be order of the day. just take a look at lagos state , with the little things done by fashola, the masses are bundlied with high multiple tax, health workers are on strike for most part, there is toll for adding one lane to a 6 km road ,etc. Jakande did far more things than Fashola and yet we had peace. Donald duke did a lot without these overhype . The problem with Buhari CPC is Bakare. He speaks with little tot to his speeches. imagine he calls Tinubu greatest enemy of democracy for not agreeing with him on choice of deputy. i wonder why the CPC did not go ahead to pick the OKONJI Iweala. Bakare also blow out the gift the president gave him as bribe, and i ask bribe for what and how much is the bribe the man is just not fit for public office. Bakare is not a humble man and is too egoistical. But by and large a CPC government will be better considering the performence of Buhari in PTF era. what he did with 60 billion in four years , the PDP could not do one third of that with 60 trillion. my fear for BUhari is his religious fanactiscm and a man like Bakare who does not have any trace of christianity in him except the bibilical oratory . To conclude , if we cannot get a CPC as the centre government , then we would prefer a PDP centre to ACN . I enjoy your contributions BUT, , are you saying Bakari is not fit for public office because he rejected bribe? |

wikitruth: A Nigerian. From south west, Christian, educated (UK trained engineer). I don't just support Buhari, I also open people's eye and disabuse their mind on why BB2011 is what we need now. Jerry Brown is the new governor of California today, he was once governor of the same state btw 1979 and 1983. Arnold (like your celebrated youths like Bankole, James Ibori, etc ) messed up the economy of that state and they have to bring back this 'old' good man again. Please don't tell me California is just a state, because it is bigger than Nigeria in land size and she is responsible for 13 percent of the United States gross domestic product (GDP). Wake up Nigerian, our greatest problem is indiscipline and corruption, and only BB2011 ticket will guarantee this. Corruption and indiscipline is why we don't have power, roads, good schools, well equipped hospitals and other infrastructure. This is our chance to get it right. Forget about undue sentiment and tribalism. One vote for tow honest mean. Buhari Bakare 2011!! Good talk, BB all the way! No room for nepotism!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Nairaland General › Re: My Encounter With Odiaero by fxtopedia(m): 6:29pm On Mar 24, 2011 |
honeric01: I entered a business deal with Odiaero (July 28th 2010) , he faulted from his end just 2 days into the business, he told me the business ran into problems due to "technical" issues from the broker and he promised the broker was to refund him all the money lost in the process.
1 week later, he said they already refunded him and that he was going to be sending my share which was about $4,000 (the amount I invested with him), then he disappeared into thin air for another 2 months (September 2010), I was left in the dark, sought for him virtually every day both online and offline to no avail. i got fed up and wanted to declare him a fraudster.
2 days before the end of September 2010, he showed up online, gave me series of excuses why he was AWOL and didn't apologize, ended up sending me $2,000 ( not in full, sent N200k the next day and sent N100k a week later), he promised he was sending the rest before the end of October 2010.
Getting close to October ending, Odiaero disappeared again into thin air, showed up occasionally and with different kind of excuses (can’t send money where he was, his card getting blocked, he's in Dubai, he's in Italy, he's in France, he's in this, he's in that, I was actually expecting to see him say he was in the moon too).
Anyways, to cut the long story short, i contacted some nairalanders I am close to, told them about what was going on between I and Odiaero, some of them actually told me to rat him out, they said his actions kinda shows that he might be a fraudulent person, but I didn't really buy into their ideas, I was trying to be diplomatic not to scare him away forever since he already paid part of the money.
He came online about 3 months ago (January), told me I was insulting him, telling people he was a criminal and all that, said some of the people i told were the ones that told him all that and demanded I should apologize, I still do not know why I should apologize because I haven't mentioned anything about our deal on this forum ever since this thing happened 6 months ago.
With all the emotional problems he put me into, he knew from onset that most of that money didn’t belong to me, I told him from the onset why I was going into the deal with him, even with these, he ended up putting me in deep poo, I kept having problems with the owner of the money, threats here and there and I became very bitter, yet Odiaero thinks he’s the one who should get an apology?
I promised to set up a thread the day he ends up paying me all my money, today, he paid me another $2,000 to balance up my $4,000 i invested with him 6 months ago, and he also promised to send me $500 as compensation for delaying my payment for 6 months tomorrow 25th march 2011, but demanded I set up a thread to apologize to him publicly.
Guys and girls, does Odiaero deserve or warrant any apology from me or am I actually the one who deserves a public apology from Odiaero for handling this issue maturely and not calling him a thief on this reputable forum?
Please I need inputs on this from various nairalanders who know who Odiaero is and who knows who honeric01 is.
Thanks and please keep it clean.
Yours faithfully
Honeric01 In my humble opinion, I felt you SHOULD even thank God that this guy refunded your money. I remember years ago, I gave out $3550 so a so called forex guru in Nigeria, he promised to give me monthly returns on the investment, but to my utmost consternation, he BLEW away the money in less than 30days, till today I have received NOTHING from him. That was what led me to START forex on my own My advice NEVER give your money to anybody to trade for YOU because YOU can do it yourself. YOU only need to learn from a sincere person. Both of you should settle this issue on PHONE call or better still via chat rather exposing each other to the public. |
