In addition to what the first person said, another challenge will be trust. What is going to stop the seller from rushing to collect the payment if the ticket later enters after selling it or stop him from selling it to multiple people. Considering location, the seller might even still have the original printout. |

With the rate this is going, within the next 20 days, Nigeria will have more cases than China where it all started. China currently has 86,000+ cases and mostly have less than 40 cases per day.
