It's probably an issue u will need to sort out with ur bank. Perhaps u'll need to request ur statement of account to really see for sure what went in and out of ur account. As for the airtime u purchased, did it reflect in ur airtime balance? If yes, then rest assured they'll eventually deduct it from ur account in due time. Sometimes debit alerts can delay or not come at all due to network issues....
