Ur absolutely making a valid observation. I've given this a thought too. The level of corruption in Nigeria is deeply rooted. Not to come off as pessimistic but even if he wins, the evil ones in position of power who are currently benefiting from the way things are being run in the country will go to extreme lengths to frustrate his tenure and ensure he fails. Many of them would rather have him fail so that posterity will have their previous tenures as better than his.

And if he manages to run a very reformed and progressive government that benefits everyone, how do we know that those that will succeed him won't steer the country back into retrogression again. That's why some people prefer to split the country so that those who have similar way of life, culture and religion can independently manage their various regions.

It is no longer a secret that these terrorists are out to overrun the federal republic of Juria. The entire North is already theirs so they are currently focused on the south.
