Education will always remain the key to the progress of any state or nation. Ekiti is doing so well because of the highly enlightened people living in the state and quite easy for the right thing to be done. Anambra state is blessed with rich men and women who are always ready to support and uplift the living standard of their people. Obi Cubana gifted 300 people in his village with N1,000,000 each and they will make money and help others. A trader starts business and trains the brother who in turn trains others. I still don't understand why our public office holders and politicians are very quick to deny ill health as if a crime has been committed. It's very normal for humans to fall sick, take treatment, have rest and move back to work. Could it be that they are afraid of losing their job or not being healthy for the position. A friend of mine completed a duplex last year and moved in with his family after the house warming and dedication. We all had fun while he relaxed and enjoyed his new palatial home. Anyway, his joy was short-lived as a church bought the adjacent piece of land and started three services every week and all night prayers twice a month. The sad thing about this issue is that their loud speaker is quite noisy and disturbed him, sometimes he had sleepless nights. As a solution, he bought two giant speakers and played loud christian music when ever the church was in session and the church responded by significantly lowering the level of their sound system. Please do we think that he did something wrong and may have offended God? |

I will say it again... The old adage says he who pays the piper dictates the tune. Wicked Wike spent so much of Rivers money sponsoring PDP when most governors lost faith in the party. Same way Amaechi spent the state money on APC 2015 election and being rewarded heavily by Bubu. PDP need to tread softly with Wike and simply sacrifice Secondus who in my opinion has no electoral value. It is politics. Nigerian are deeply worried that PDP is not providing an alternative to APC, we may have to wait till 2027 when the change may come. My two kobo 3 Likes |

There is need to be cautious when granting amnesty to IPOB, Boko Haram, kidnappers and bandits especially when they have not shown sign of true repentance. What stops them from carrying arms again and disturbing public peace. Listening to the stories of survivors of 9/11 attack in USA, one will see the major role played by fire fighters. Our team needs a lot to learn from the blessing of saving human lives and properties. I am yet to hear of any life being saved by our fire fighters, we simply lack professionalism in this clime. 1 Like |
