it is finished!

It is a true story,the officers are from ohuru isimmeri police station and the filling station name is green-marc along new umuahia road ogbor hill,aba.
The victim is a relative of the filling station owner.

I think the leadership in Abia state is mentally unstable.
over 80% of people that make use of airport are based in Aba and Owerri airport is 40 minutes away.
Airport isn't our problem at this time!
We need proper refuse disposal system,environmental sanitation awareness and strong laws for defaulters and good roads.
In most part of Aba drainage construction have lasted over 4yrs+ (ikot-ekpene road,aba/owerri road,PH road etc.)
While other road where the construction was completed is back to it's former state due to low quality of job done.

How on earth will a Governor construct a particular road two times in a particular eight( years tenure?

God help us,bad leadership is worst than CORONA VIRUS!

For two years+ I have not done any major repair on my lexus2010 RX350,just normal maintance (change of engine/transmission fluid and break pads)

I think the v6 edition of the highlander and lexus rx are practically the same and will cost almost same amount to maintain.


Lexus Rx350 gives you the opportunity of upgrading the front/back look to a more recent year and sporty.

The toyota Highlander have more trunk space and suitable for a large family(7 seater).

Both vehicles are very reliable.

I received a similar list from Ngwa area of abia state few months ago,i negotiated very well with my inlaws and i ended up spending around 800k.
If you actually love your woman,i advice you pay her parents visit and talk heart to heart with them,nobody gets everything on that list.

Exactly what happened to me few yrs ago.
Please avoid that woman because the story will not end well,she actually need a husband and not just a child.
Once she get preginant,she will turn to a tiger and fight you to the last,unless you marry her.
It’s a trap,i was once a victim and it took God’s grace for me to be off the hook.

honestly, i think the custom duty paid for my 2010 RX is fake.
I have tried talking with the dealer and he insist it is original.

That vehicle looks like a direct tokunbo Honda CRV (very recent model) and also the man looks like a security agent.
I guess he was just a driver going to deliver the car to the owner after purchase and probably an officer of the law doing side hustle.

My kind advice is stick to what you have. Duplex isn't as sweet as you see it. Just stick to what you want and do live your life to please people. Trust me it get to a point in life you will find it difficult to even go through the stress of climbing the stairs.

yes,i have already contacted an architect to redesign it,but still very confused whether to proceed.

Yes u can covert it to a duplex but alot of structure works have to be done before u can raise it. U have to redesign it from scratch.

I need advice from matured minds.

Few years ago i constructed the below four(4) bedrooms bungalow and due to the fact that i was a very young man i never thought about a duplex then.

Recently,I decided to build a security house/guest house and majority of my family members and friends started saying that the guest house would have been more befitting for a duplex compared to my bungalow.

Honestly,i gave it a thought and it have been giving me sleepless nights.
please i seek for advice,is it right to proceed and upgrade the bungalow to a duplex?

I already decked the kitchen,front and back veranda for security reasons during construction.

I have contacted an architect already but will stick to the advice i will get in this forum,i do not want to make mistakes.

Why so cheap?

Ford edge is a good vehicle but the only issue is the resale value,availability of parts and also how to get a specialist to fix the car when the need arises.
If you stay in a big city like Lagos then you don't have to worry about the spare parts or a ford specialist.
Also, if you are not worried about the resale value after a while then it's a great choice.

My friend sold his ford edge 2012 less than 50% of the total cost of purchase after one year usage and guess what?
it took him eight (8 ) months before he could sale the car,the people that came to inspect the car always had a reason to settle for a Toyota or Honda.

Honestly,cost of replacement parts should not be a yard stick in making a choice between the both vehicles because original Lexus replacement parts are not cheap,check the cost of any engine or gear box of any Lexus vehicle produced from 2008 till date.

If you go for a direct tokumbo of any of the cars with a good history(Non accident-ed) and service with the specified engine and gear box oil at the right time,it may take up-to 2 years before any major repay.

Replacement parts for the recent cars i have seen recently are all expensive and that's why the purchase price is also high.
The reason why Toyota(Lexus) parts are very much available is because they use same engine,gear box and other components in so many model of cars produced within a three(3) to six(6) years time.

Avalon,seinna,rx,es,highlander etc of any same year of production are practically the same car with different body shape and minor modifications to suite each model.

Nairaland have helped me to take proper care of my cars and my friends now seek advice from me when it comes to management of their cars (thanks to nairalnds).
They think i'm a guru in automobiles but na here i dey do my expo!

Go for rx350 lexus 2010 or acura zdx.

I have been using my rx350 2010 for over one year without any major repair,just oil change and it also have a good grand clearance,i do not need to worry so much about how bad a road is.
Zdx is ok too but i don't know much about the maintenance aspect.

Lexus Es 350 2012 is very fine and share the same engine and gear box with the RX 2010 and you will likely spend same amount on maintenance on both vehicles,i'm planning selling my es330 due to high cost of maintenance to get a corolla (have used it for 4yrs now).

But considering the nature of our roads i will never consider lexus es350 and also people will not value it much because of our "Jeep" mentality in this country.

For me RX 350 2010 is the real deal.

Aba is turning to lagos,i wonder why everyone is quite and watching them deal with innocent citizens.

Recently i had to cough out 20k to give to SARS for no offence,the stopped my car and after searching my vehicle the found nothing but insisted the signature on my temporary tint permit was fake,i called a police man that works with the department incharge of tint permit in Abia state and the young requested to speak with them but they declined and threatened to shoot me.
After spending three hrs moving from one lonely spot to another i decided to give them 20k and go my way.
The annoying part is one particular SARS officer kept telling me how they will deal with me when i get to office and give me extra alligations to nail me since i they prove educated and connected.

How much will it cost me to upgrade my lexus rx2010 to 2013?
I need OEM parts.
