You can said dat again. Its until one of those smaller make it to th U-17 and got raped mercilessly by 12-0 nah dia dia eyes go clear
Hahahaha i am just imagining the look on their faces when it will happen...Another goals record loading...how could they have accepted this INJUSTICE? There should have been a level playing field...if they qualify after beating the likes of Nigeria..Ghana...Guinea...then it means that they deserve to be there...this is almost automatic qualification

winning the u17 five times has not really brought us glory at senior level....Olympics is an age group competition....most national teams i think have more players who win at u21 than players who win at u17...Argentina is a perfect example of this....even Columbia....i think we should add more vibe to u21 than u17...

Again the transition from u17 to u21 does not really work like that...we always crash when we do it.

Its better we transit from u21 to national team...most players who play in national team were already members of the Olympic team....

It depends on what you thought I meant by my statement. Firstly the players are most likely between the ages of 17 and 20. Now the big question is can they compete with the current U20 players for spots in the team? I never meant those transition experiments.
Thats really my point and beyond Africa too if they qualify

Those players that failed the MRI should be considered for selection in the Flying Eagles.
Good point..but i fear that previous experiments with such transitions always failed for us....u21 stage needs certain maturity..experience...yes experience...and a lot of grit...if you watched all our games so far in this age group...you will notice that the ones we went far were not really through transition....but a combination of experience...grit...etc Not that we cannot get one or two players to transit...its ok...the last debacle is still fresh

Our U-17 team just lost their first group game in the first regional tournament (WAFU-U17) that will serve as qualifier to 2019 U-17 World Cup. The eventual winner takes the sole spot for the Region.

Hmmm... I can only blame the West African FAs who agreed to this new mode of QUALIFICATION. The Southern Africa have done well to secure a spot for themselves.... What a smart move through the new CAF president.

Imagine CIV, Nigeria, Ghana, BK, Guinea, Mali all vying for one spot. E Don cast for us be that.

Countries like Namibia, South Africa, Madagascar etc will be the ones reping the South. Sincerely yours, SA will be forming boss there.

Make de sha not try am for the Senior World Cup. Cos who knows, they may be planning something underneath... If they try this rubbish thinking they want to emulate the Europeans who now play a form of European Nations League which is also regionised then.... Your guess is as good as mine.

We all hope against all hope that our U-17 team will scale through.
Thats the price that was paid for Issa Hayatou to be defeated...very strange deals ie reformating the qualification to give the regions more chance in world cup qualifiers....more shocking groupings are coming

Could it be that Nwakali is a late developer? Because his age mates are already making waves....its like Donnaruma has been in AC Milan for ages...or that he is not getting opportunity to play. There use to be a certain Abreu from Uruguay...panenka specialist...he use to globtrotte...but alaways find himself in national team...i think the biggest club he played was Derpotivo La Coruna in Europe and Boca Juniors in Latin America but he was always in the national team

Bro, what really rankles me is that our players now settle for anything. Imagine players signing for clubs in Iraq and India this week alone. These players start scoring week in week out, agents and press start putting pressure for invites. We should have a minimum standard. Its what obtains in saner climes.
Take heart bro....but watch Armenian and Belarusian leagues....you will see Brasilians and some other Latin American players....these players i presume are playing for money no matter how little....this is how i see most Mexican boxers......boxing to get their families out of poverty

I clamoured and campaigned for DESSERS prior to the world cup. Dem say na agent I be. Dressers would have converted 2 out 3 chances Ighalo missed. Now the narration is we should stick with Ighalo as we don't have any striker doing the business currently. DESSERS has not hit the ground running yet this season, but he should get a look in at least.
The guy is good...he has eye for goal and deadly inside 18 metre...I wonder how they spotted someone playing in Bundesliga 2 and cannot see this one in Division one? is it Belgium or Netherland sef? Let us be sincere gentlemen...even if no one went there physically to monitor him....at least he is on tele

It got me thinking, these guys go straight to France and ball but their clubs always get peanuts no matter what the level of their talent is. I mean it helps the national team in the long run but the local clubs will always remain broke.
Asec Mimosa wanted to change that route but in the long run...they ran down...the French have a strong grippe on Francophone countries...some of these clubs..do not be surprised...are given jerseys, balls, and other training paraphenalia...they will be so happy...some transfers are done in local currency....1000euro is about 550,000CFA...when you give a club 5000euro...thats huge to them....because most players are paid 30,000CFA[11,000 a month]....i have lived in certain francophone countries....very lazy i tell you and the French love it...

About my candidate we are still doing some background work for Kwankwaso right about now. the primaries are yet to be conducted(and that is for registered party members), but the background work is on going, we intend to meet up with aspirants in lesser positions even down to council chairmen so that we can also adopt candidates with a similar mindset so that the development will be holistic. If we have about 65% of lawmakers who have the same ideology (I could care less about their parties) and about 70% of state governors and state administrators then you can hold us accountable for not functioning well. Sha for now we are waiting for the primaries but we don't do parry politics so don't expect to see me backing Atiku if he wins the primaries.
