Former President Goodluck Jonathan rejected calls to sack Moro but offered jobs to families of the victims close to the March 28, 2015 presidential election, which he lost.
Typical action of the dumb, clueless and useless Jonathan in response to corruption.

we are talking about events in yorubaland here.
We are talking about an issue between a Yoruba Monarch and a self-appointed King on Yorubaland, but all you keep on referring to was that "Yorubas should take on someone their own size instead".
Politics › Re: Afenifere Asks South West Govs, Obas To De-recognise Eze Ndi Igbos In Yorubaland by Gamesmart: 10:13am On Oct 17, 2015

No it means yorubas, instead of facing their masters and attackers have instead chosen to pick another fight with peace loving igbos who are just minding their business. You know, when you cannot attack your bully, you love from things to divert attention while your bully has a field day decimating you.
Exactly!

You think Fulanis are masters but Igbos are nobodies at the level of Yorubas?
Politics › Re: Afenifere Asks South West Govs, Obas To De-recognise Eze Ndi Igbos In Yorubaland by Gamesmart: 8:58am On Oct 17, 2015
FreeGlobe:
no, it means yorubas should face the people who are attacking and humiliating them in their own soil. Igbos are not ready for them yet..
All your post on this thread seem to suggest Fulani's are strong and Yorubas are just picking on the weaker Igbo because it is easier.
Politics › Re: Afenifere Asks South West Govs, Obas To De-recognise Eze Ndi Igbos In Yorubaland by Gamesmart: 8:51am On Oct 17, 2015
FreeGlobe:
Yoruba should stop diverting attention. A yoruba general has just been sentenced to death, Fualnis have captured the entire yorubaland. These are the real issues. Yorubas should man up and confront their masters and not picking side battles. Anyway, the news is a welcome development for some reasons.
So it appears you are saying Yorubas should pick on someone their own size and not turn to bully minnows?

How come police are protecting one-man's house?

He was not even a President, Governor or Minister, just a special adviser and he has a team of police protecting one of his houses?

Unbelievable.

He must have some serious loot he is trying to protect and which he has used to pay the Commissioner of Police to get an allocation of police men.

When Akpabio called him the FATHER OF PROPAGANDA, what was the senate's reaction.
Answer this truthfully and forever hold your peace.

I do not mince words when I say I'm not a fan of Lai Moh'd.
And to think he's been tipped to man the ministry of information?

Nigerians!
Get Ready!

Akpabio gave us a hint when he called him the FATHER OF PROPAGANDA
There's a reason his name was changed from "Lai" to "Lie"

People are being sold a man who will run the information ministry based on propaganda, and more propaganda, and they are rejoicing.

God forbid that the information ministry is doomed!

Propaganda seeks to direct information at an already brainwashed people

Propaganda obscures facts and gives half truths

Propaganda seeks to build a movement

Propaganda strives to build a following whether or not people understand what is at stake.

Propaganda obtains information via questionable means.

PROPAGANDA IS THE SYSTEMATIC EFFORT TO MANIPULATE OTHER PEOPLE'S BELIEFS, ATTITUDES AND ACTIONS.
As opposed to when GEJ's government was running the ministry of information with lies?

Or was it facts when we were told that Patience was in Germany to have a holiday?

Or was it facts when we were told $9m in a suitcase being flown on private jet is for buying weapons?

Was it even half truths or empty truth?

Are your PDP not still lying when they said Alamseyeseigha was a "Great Nigerian"?

What does lies seek to build?

What does looting seek to build?

Please tell us.

Sports › Re: Iran In Trouble For Fielding Men In A Female football Competition(photo) by Gamesmart: 4:58pm On Oct 06, 2015
midolian:
A FIFA medical officer on Tuesday rejected media reports that Iran had broken rules by fielding women footballers, winners of a recent Asian championship, who were actually men.

Days after Iran triumphed at the inaugural Asian Women’s Futsal Championship in Malaysia, reports emerged that eight of the Iranian team were male.
In violation of FIFA rules, the players either had yet to complete a sex change or had suffered from sexual development disorders, Britain’s Daily Telegraph reported, citing Iranian sources.

A report by an Iranian state television website said the women players had the physical strength of men and some had “male inclinations”.
An official for FIFA rejected the claims of rule breaking, though she indicated some players had previously suffered medical conditions that affected their appearance.

“There are no gender concerns for women’s futsal and football teams,” Dr Zohreh Haratian, the governing body’s appointee in Iran, told Shargh daily.

“No scientific proof exists on these claims,” she said, noting that all the players had been checked.
According to the rules, any players participating in overseas matches, should first go through gender verification by FIFA’s medical representative, Haratian explained.

“Only then the player will be permitted to play in Asian or global matches. FIFA will respond to such accusations by foreign media,” she said, naming Saudi Arabia’s Al-Arabia and Britain’s Sky News.
The allegations are not new, said Haratian, also the Head of Iran’s Football Medical Assessment and Rehabilitation Center.

“In the past, a few of our female football players were accused of being bisexual,” she continued, adding that in 2010, one player suffering “an inborn disease of adrenal glands” and looked liked a man but was actually a woman.

“When FIFA understood that their problem was inborn, it rejected the claims and issued permits for them to play in matches.”

Immediately I finished NYSC in Nov. 2014 I looked for a place where I could learn a hand work; I eventually found an automobile service company where i was able to learn how to work on cars (mechanic), I was paid peanuts in dehumanising condition but I knew I was learning a new skill and small change no matter how small was entering my pocket. Fast forward to this present day I got a white collar job that has a promising future which I started last month.
Moral of the lesson get up and start doing something; stop laying around thinking a miracle will happen. The skills you learn on the street might be the one that will open opportunities for you just as it worked for me.
Note: I graduated with a 3rd class in Mechanical Engineering and still got gainfully employed less than a year after NYSC.

Are you trying to tell me that because PDP was wrong then APC can do same? IF PDP looted then APC has the right to loot? So where is the change?
So how come you did not scream "abuse of democracy" and "is it a one party country" on that thread?

1) When you read the Supreme court judgement that made Amaechi become the governor of rivers state then you will understand more. You vote for parties and not the individuals, at least up until the 2015 elections, that's what the law states.

2) You need to show proof of where I was in support of anyone using the army to stop your so called elected speaker.

My advise to you, go and carry your Ugo C. UGo and start preparing for your common entrance Exam. Going by your abusive tone and words in every post, I can easily deduce your age range. I won't be replying any of your posts that contains such words.
So why didn't the government or PDP go to the courts the democratic way to remove the speaker?

Did you just wake up to support democracy today? How come you did not see "abuse of democracy" and "is it a one party country" when PDP/GEJ were using the army to block the speaker from entering the house?

IF by requesting that defectors should lose their seats and contest on the platform of their new parties is not standing for democracy, then I wonder what democracy is. Many of you did not believe Tambuwal and co would win their reelection bid if they vacated their seats and did what was right then but today many of them are in the the national assembly and at least one is a GOV. Rivers is the only place none of the defectors won any election and they are not contesting it, that proves one thing, the people rejected them. Some policemen testified that there was violence and nobody arrested them. What has arresting of witnesses got to do with corruption? Even within your APC, you people have been tagging anyone that does not align with your mini god's position as corrupt. You are yet to make any sensible point, all you do is run round in circle and I will be forced to report you so your uncultured posts can be blocked. I wonder why you cannot be sensible without the use of fowl language. We are Nigerians, we have the right to request for what we want from those serving us. They are not rulers, they are serving us. Get that into your head. Trying to gain sympathy by tagging someone a wailer will not help you. During GEJ's time, he tried his best, we wanted more, No big deal. Same with Buhari, he will try his best and people will always want more. Nigerians want a country as sweet as America, Saudi etc. Americans want a country like heaven. Anyways your attempt to derail this thread has not and will not be successful. Stand for the truth and what is right at all times.
You are a BIG FOOOL!

Please tell us which is in the Nigerian constitution:

1) defectors should lose their seats and contest on the platform of their new parties

or

2) the government should not use the army to stop the elected speaker from entering the house.

You are yet to categorically state where i supported the use of army to terrorise anyone except terrorists.
How come you did not talk about democracy then?

Then all you wanted to talk about is your constitutionally non-required principles. Instead of backing democracy then, you found it better to castigate the victims of anti-democracy.

Now we are fighting corruption, you quickly come up to back the corrupt. Now democracy matters?

Useless Wailing Wailer!

The kind of BIG FOOOLS that did not see it as necessary for their criminal, GEJ, to probe corruption. But when Buhari wants to probe corruption, they all of a sudden see the necessity and scream "Why only GEJ administration? What about the administration before GEJ"?

I am not interested in associated with ill mannered people. The post is there, unedited. How does asking politicians who switch parties to vacate the seats correlate with intimidation of witnesses? You need to return to primary school, attend a good one this time because that is where you got it wrong at an early state of your life.
So when a government is using the army to stop democratically elected individuals from performing their duty, you did not see it as a challenge to "democracy", what you saw was your opinion of what the democratically elected person should have done (which was not required by the constitution)?

Using the army against the opposition is not a challenge on democracy but you unconstitutionally-backed opinion is?

You are a BIG FOOOL!
