As much as i wanted to feel his pain, I actually went to dig up some old videos on him, wondering why the FG has been holding him prisoner for so long. The standard protocol is to informed the parents or families of the deceased based on the address on their warrant during admission in the yard.
If the family didn't turn up or didn't come to claim their corpse in the hospital or mortuary, the hospital will inform Correctional service because it's not free they are kept in the mortuary. The Minister of interior must be informed before necessary action is taken.
Note, Correctional service can't bury an inmate just like that never.
