You picked the bolded in 1 ....oath affirmation to arrive at your justification.
But you left out bolded 2 verify authenticity because it does not suit the process.


If people can use affidavit to dissociate themselves from associations and political parties then same can be done if one intends to resign from a job!!!!

(1) Please if a husband or a wife goes and put up an affidavit stating he/she is no longer interested in the marriage; will that affidavit stand?

(2) Can a person go and swear an affidavit that he/she attended a particular institution, and such will be admitted in court?

The governor can choose to abide to the judgment he is been given by the Rivers State Court. He is within his discretion to act as he likes.

At least we all know what the Appeal Court talked about that court lacking in jurisdiction on such issues.

If affidavit is been used by everyone to dissociate themselves from associations they previously belonged to it's recognized by the Courts then I guess all those who have been decamping from 1999 till date need to do that and not be using letter headed papers.

Kwankwaso said he will come and campaign for Fubara in Rivers State.!!! We don't know of it's for the LG elections.....

Everything will unfold, but just note that those 27 members will be paid their allowances and dues by the Rivers State Government.
Let Fubara keep stalling and his advisers keep up with the game.

You don't even understand the implication of the order, you're going off point talking crap. Show us the video of the speaker crying or shut the fhuck up. If PDP does not adhere to this judgement, PDP won't be having a candidate for the 2027 elections, INEC was already a witness to the Congresses conducted by pdp members in the state and it was documented, if the party dares to call for another Congress, an injunction will be obtained instructing INEC not to participate and trust me INEC won't participate and the implication of INEC not participating is that Fubara won't run under PDP in 2027.

Lemme educate u Incase if u nor know how deep d interim order bi; the court order that pdp or any other wing related to am should not temper with the leadership constuited already. E also bound INEC to only accept maybe later or nominees from the already constuited leadership. If the court later throw it away on the ground of being an internal party affair, they'll appeal and get another appeal court injunction, and you know that it'll drag till 2027 bcoz e go reach SC.
