I will select 4 individuals within the age bracket of 21-28 years of age who are willing to sacrifice 547days of their lives to learn a trade (Automobile repairs).

Requirements.

1. Must speak English.

2. Must own a good phone with available data for the duration of internship .

3. Must have proof of family backing and financial support for the duration of internship.

4. Must be able to comfortably get to the shop before 8:30am ( max proximity of an 8km radiau is Prefered)

5. Must not have any medical conditions that are contagious, or that will restrict the individual's ability to execute tasks given.

6. Must not do drugs alcohol or cigarettes.

Are parts easy to get or very expensive? is it easy to get a mechanic that knows are to work on them,

I have automatic Toyota Hiace Hummer Bus with 2TR engine.
People advice me to buy another gear so that the one I'm using currently will not spoil the engine.
What happen is that, the gear will select from 1 to 3 with ease then take a longer time before entering gear 4 and 5 causing over heating also consuming more fuel.
Please I need the current price for the gear or if there's any other useful solution, I will like to do it.
Thanks in advance as I'm waiting for the gurus in the house for their advice.

Good evening everyone, please am having issues with my Honda Civic 2007, anytime I engage the gear to reverse mostly it delays like 10 seconds to engage, and ones it engages it jerks, have gone to scan it and it's bring out just P0747 only and I have tried many solenoid and still the same thing, have even change the 2 solenoid and still the same issue and also the the drive light blinks sometimes. Please someone should help me.

7. when gearbox is cold it will not move when engaged in drive except

a. i raise the engine several times when engaged and it will move when the oil gets hot that is when the gear will start selecting and all the gear will select properly. this usually results in the jerk when it engages

b i raise the engine and keep the pressure at about 2k rpm or a bit higher for about a minute or less and it softly engages and it will start selecting with no issues.

Small History
The gear oil is leaking. i have serviced and changed the oil/oil filter when it started leaking but the mech doesnt want to decouple the gear to replace the seals because he feels the gear will fall apart and i have to buy another one. i currently use WS oil and i check and top it up cause of the leaks.

what is the best way to resolve this issue.

Yes, little water was added following morning. I mean little top up...but the boiling was very serious ooo. Because I didn't notice any over heating in the dashboard until I parked at my destination, hearing several bubbling. Person that welcomed me called to listen to the bubbling noise.

I drove Honda Accord 07 for up to 2 years I didn't add even a spoonful of water to radiator. I had coolant in it, use AC, fan starts on goes off as it like, cooling perfect, no bubbling like this pilot. Abeg someone help before this car call me fool beko

I DISCOVERED THAT MY OIL IS ALWAYS SHORT AND IT CONSUME FUEL MORE AND THERE IS ALWAYS SMOKE WHEN I START IT IN THE MORNING ...SO I TOOK IT TO MY MECHANIC.HE CHECKED AND DICOVERED THAT THERE IS OIL IN THE EXHAUST...HE TOLD ME TO CHANGE THE OIL FROM HARDEX TO MOBIL 1XHP FOR MY NEXT OIL CHANGE AND THAT I MIGHT NEED TO RING THE ENGINE SOONER OR LATER .SO I LEFT HIS PLACE.
THE NEXT DAY, I WAS AT CHEVERON WHEN I DISCOVERED THAT THE AC ISNT COOLING ANYMORE, I THOUGHT THE GAS IS OUT AND WILL REFILL LATER IN THE EVENING. AFTER LIKE 10MIN I STARTED HEARING A RUSTLING SOUND at FIRST , I THOUGHT ITS FROM THE EXHAUST BUT I KNOW THAT THE EXHAUST IS FINE...AFTER 5MIN THE CAR WENT OFF...I START AGAIN AND AFTER 5MIN , IT WENT OFF AGAIN...I STARTED AGAIN AND ITS NOT COMING UP...I CAALED THE MECHANIC IMMEDIATELY AND HE TOLD ME TO CHECK THE OIL..ONLY FOR ME TO DICOVER THAT THERE WAS NO OIL AT ALL...I GOT MOBIL 1000 XHP AND IT STARTED FINE...TILL I GOT TO LEKKI PHASE ONE...IT WENT OFF AGAIN...I INFORMED THE MECHANIC AND HE ASKED IF ITS OVERHEATING AND I SAID NO..HE SAID I SHOULD CHECK THE RADIOTOR...I CHECKED AND I DISCOVERED THAT THERE IS NO WATER ALL...I ADDED WATER AND IT STARTED FINE AND WHEN I GOT TO AJAO ESTATE ...THE SOUND CAME BACK..I CHECKED THE WATER AND DISCOVERED THAT THERE IS NO WATER INSIDE ..I REFILL AGAIN AND IT WORKED FINE TILL I GOT HOME..THE NEXT DAY, THE MECHANIC CHECKED AND SAID I NEED TO RING IT ...THAT THE GASKET IS BAD...HE SAID INTEAD OF ME FIXING THE GASKET ALONE,I SHOULD JUST RING IT ONCE AND FOR ALL WHICH WILL COST 70K.....

Oga Gazzuz please I need help as regards my Camry 2010, if I start the engine in the morning,the rpm needle fluctuate, if I don't warm up the engine very well before driving it could go off after 5 minutes of early morning start, but after firing the engine well, everything becomes stable and can function for several hours without showing any malfunction signs.

After packing at the office for say 6 hours, then start the engine, it could show same signs but after warming it up,it could drive hours without malfunction. I have washed the tank, bought new fuel pump, serviced the nozzle and cleaned the injector. What do you suggest could be the problem, thank you.

Again, second thing like over heating.
The temperature gauge seems not high but, after about 100km journey, I noticed serious bubbling noise like hot water boiling yet fans working temp indicator not extreme. After the car cold, water in radiator remain full.
