Good day my great people,we are working on taking another car,though the dealer has offered to give us a 2018 model but I didn't see much difference in the aesthetics just slight modification,the price difference is high but we ought wrap up by tomorrow.

I have always had the opinion that uneducated road side mechanics will usually mess up your vehicle.

1. They do trial and error.
2. They do not scan but rely on guesses.
3. They are very rough and inpatient.
This was my belief.

I also have the opinion of having one mechanic on your vehicle but my friends have always been of the opinion to have two especially when you are stranded and you need an urgent hand.

So, yesterday I had an issue. Couldn't get my vehicle started after going off. My mechanic na butty mechanic so has to rely on road side mechos to get it started so I could proceed to the workshop.

Road side mechanic came and dismantled underneath the steering. Removed plugs, removed back chair, removed fuse box, unhooked some wires and I began to sweat. I knew he wouldn't remember.

Fast forward, after several trial and errors, he guessed it was the fuel pump. Told him it could be the relay but the he said the relay is in a special place that can't be touched. Whew.

He asked for some cash to get the pump but upon his return, he came with a pump that was already fixed. Claimed its brand new. I became desperate.

While fixing the hooks and cables, he decided to ignore a clip saying it doesn't matter but I insisted. I don't want to be a victim of a distorted guage meter anymore. "Your wahala is too much oga" he snapped.

While connecting the cables I mentioned earlier, he fixed cable A for B but thank my starts, I was watching so I asked him to change it back. He claimed it was an oversight.

All the screws he has removed from the carburettor was ignored till I mentioned it to him.

At the end of the day, I was happy to get the vehicle started to at least go home for proper diagnosis.

My friends vehicle has been on the road for weeks now because of a mistake by a Kazeem that messed up with some wiring.

Please avoid a Kazeem today.

Dear Gazzuzz,

The exhaust system of my Honda 2007DC is bad and I plan fixing it.

Checks done revealed that the present exhaust system is made in Ladipo. Hence, 02 sensors have been bypassed.

Kindly help with an estimated cost to get this fixed at 6.64270 3.33477.

GAZZUZ Plz wat cud b responsible for high fuel consumption in a car? Car is lexus es330 2004 model v6, no check engine light atoll, the CEL bulb is still ok, kazeems are lost on what to do.

I drive a Civic 2008, the check engine light showed up after after a minor accident with impact on the fender and headlamps. The computer diagnosis returns this error code: P2185. I googled the code and find out it has to do with the ect 2 sensor under the radiator.

Please advise if I should change the sensor and if you could assist to get one.

If you have been following this forum page by page you will know that Mr Protocol or whatever he is identified with LIED because the issue was about getting TIN for Uber/Taxify registration.He gave a mimisleading advice to someone in this forum,reliased he has goofed then decided to quickly change the topic in contest.However,I stand to be corrected.

Kindly advice which is the better car between 2008 Toyota Camry and 2008 Lexus ES350. The lexus is priced slightly higher than the Camry and looks more appealing to the eyes than the Camry but it isn't all that matters to me.

Which is better in terms of parts and durability? The Lexus is V6 while the Camry has a i4 engine.

Please my honda accord 2003,while moving on a smooth Road d gear select very well, but on a bad Road it labour to select gear, have to off the engine and on it again before it will pick. Scanned d car,the diagnosis was P1734 and P0708.
saying shift Error.
The guy that scanned it said it d big flat sensor on d gear, changed it yet problem persists,later he said it a gear problem.

Please gurus in the house can it truly be gear problem.

as long as the a/c is working and it runs on fuel it will pass inspection

It is not about favour. Vans are not allowed on either platform - wagon, SUVs, hatch back and salons are the vehicles allowed.

Uber does not discriminate. if you wan put head, them go collect you

Honda Pilot 2003 .
Problem : low detonation Knock. If vehicle is in neutral its normal. But when under load it makes ignition knocks

Fuel has been changed still no change.
Check engine light only points to Oxygen sensor and i dont think that's the cause. There are no misfires and vehicle revs just fine.

Who has an idea of wah could be wrong.



As for the oxygen sensor i dont think they are bad because both of them came on together sensor 1&2. I read somewhere that a blown fuse controlling the sensor could trigger p0135 and p0141 .

But which is the "LESSER EVIL"? A change of sensor or a look into the transmission?
