I own a Nissan urvan bus(model pics attached), unfortunately I hard engine problems and took it for repair .... In the process of repair my ecu was burnt, so I got another... Unluckily for me that new brainbox was stolen... So mechanic tried almost 8 brain box before he got the one that starts the bus and give good throttle response (electronic throttle)

The issue....
I took it for a long distance drive and discovered the bus does not go pass 3.5 rpm even with the throttle floored, irrespective of what so ever gear I am on... So on gear 5 the best speed I can get from her is 110km/h which might be an OK speed but it struggles to climb hills even without load... The best speed I get climbing a hill is 50km/h...

Great gurus what could be the problem, cos the silly mechanic is a lost course..

the problem is hydra headed.

Most times when a mechanic overhauls an engine and it refuses to start, they always jump at the poor engine-ecu (brainbox) and then the tinkering starts, later they realise problem was mechanical and by then the auto electrician (rewire) has already done irreversible damage to the engine ecu.

As it is I know your original engine ecu is very expensive, and scarce, that's the reason they tried so many and only got a close match, but not a match.

Presently vehicle is in limp mode or not working well mode

Best bet is to find the exact engine ecu, Fix up all the abused wiring and vehicle will return to factory specs.

@Gazzuz my 99 Camry abs stay on, I checked myself and discover front passenger side not fix, took it to rewire and discover a bolt is loss he then retight it yet and d light stays on, I replace it yet no change. Brake is perfect and no check engine light ( thanks to ur mobil 1 that does d job) can my abs be fixed and what likely the problem, cost, beside I need driver side turn light ( traficator) original OEM depo

Trust you are doing great, please i have a problem with my Honda accord 2005 V6 AC system of recent, i took the car to Apo mechanic in abuja and was told that the AC system have virus of which i don't understand. however, the auto electrician said i need to change the entire AC system of the car (the pipes, Valves, condenser,filter and the compressor).
Any easy way out of this, considering the economic hardship in the country.

Please help, I need advice.

My car Toyota avensis, the steering pump was spilling power steering oil from the fluid container in bonnet. Once the fluid is out the steering became hard and was making noise. I bought and replaced it with tokunbo steering pump at ladipo. The day they put the toks pump the steering was soft and the oil spilling stopped and the noise as well. After a few days the noise started again esp when am reversing. I went back to the person I bought the pump from in ladipo and he changed the pump. The problem now is after few days the steering is now hard again and making the same noise. When I called the same pump seller in ladipo he was I should service the steering rack, that does not spoil like that. I want to solve this problem once and for all.
