What FRSC / VIO should start doing is to check people's dashboard warning lights and possibly scanning their vehicles along with other checks before giving road worthiness certification .

My Toyota 4Runner V8 2005 model stalls. The rev counter does not go beyond 5000 when stationary and 2500 when in motion. What could be wrong?

I have been using mobil 5w 20 since I bought it almost 16months ago, I change the oils every three months or 3000km


But wat I'm seeing here, I dey fear, I remember I saw 5w 30, in the manual

Two auto electricians used dia scanners and dia kinda scanner doznt give codes........ I saw it on the scanner ....reading " faulty air flow meter"......havnt gone to a commercial scanning center....he loosed d brain box.....saw water in it.....said .....dats d problem.

EOD 2005.....cleaned my injector, changed my fuel pump, scanned and what i saw was just air flow meter ......buh an electrician said d airflow meters are OK. DAT the brain box is bad. My worry is the fuel consumption issue .

Am telling you brother. That engine is seriously expensive. Reason being that some latest Hyundai suvs uses same engine which the seller thinks you are equally buying same engine so he is ready to make the price higher. I priced that engine for 500k last year though

Thanks man for the response but am still very much interested to know if the ATF DW1 is the only oil I can use.Does every Honda Accord user use this oil?Am considering it's price.Are other oil brands incompatible with the transmission?I know there is a recommended oil for Honda Engines but it's expensive and so majority of people use regular oils like Mobil;Forte,Conoil etc.Is it the same with the transmission?Wat are d good alternatives to the DW1?

The dealer I spoke with told me that it goes for 3000 naira per liter and that I will need up to 6 litres. This is quite expensive for me at this time.Can users please confirm to me if I should go for another alternative or must it be the Honda ATF?If so,do I really need 6 liters costing 18,000.What are the solutions for this?Please share your experiences and response.Thanks.

Happy new month people.
I sold my car to someone with new plate number and all necessary document including road worthiness, insurance policy, and vehicle license.

But the person insist that I mustn't remove the plate number which was registered on my name.

The guy I bought the car from in the first place remove his own and I had to process another one whirh change of ownershp.


Pls what is the next step, should I allow him take the plate number wich is registered with my information or simply remove it.
