Inception:
sorry for digressing but,

Oga Gazzuzz,

As regards fitting a manual (clutch type ) AC compressor in a 2008 Camry (2AZ-FE engine), would you recommend one taken from the 2003 Toyota Camry (big for nothing) that shares a similar (2AZ-FE) engine? or would you recommend the one from Toyota hilux(2.7 liter engine)?

Thanks for your anticipated response.
the bolded will be better.

Sorry this may sound insensitive

But now is not the time to grieve

He was kidnapped, tortured and killed ( story said his body was bloodied !)

Shouldn't Nigerian Army tighten their grips ?

Because i think there are two things involved

If he was kidnapped by BH , they probably got information out of him, sensitive information , armory , location, Operation plans e.t.c which may be detrimental to Nigeria's security

On the other hand if he was killed by a fellow army member , they probably killed him because he knew something, an internal investigation should be conducted and soon or else a big conspiracy might be in place ( probably corruption related )
my thoughts.

also check distributor setting. Ask your mechanic, if yours has 2bolts bolting it in, if it does, timing might have been tampered with and currently retarded, that would cause sluggishness and car would burn more fuel. You would need a timing light to properly set the distributor, but your mechanic could adjust by ear while revving to get a better setting.

ogawisdom you spelt my name wrong. Would have been here earlier. Hesitation could rightly be fuel pressure related, unfortunately you don't have a fuel pressure tester to do that. If the strainer or filter inside the fuel tank is blocked with dirt, it would cause those symptoms. If you have a vacuum leak between the map and the vacuum pipe leading to it it could also cause same issues. You could check your fuel filter in tank and replace if necessary. There's a trick to testing the fuel pressure of a fuel pump. the guys in the market connect the fuel pump to the fuelpressure regulator, and watch the flow of fuel, if it is rapid, the fuel pump is still pumping way above 3bars if there is no flow, pump is below 3bars, if it is very slow, pump is on its way out. If you finally decide to replace the pump, avoid those chinese clones, better look for a new one (denso 30k only pump) or toks 2500-3000.

misfire, idle speed valve, fuel pressure and a host of other faults could cause it. A simple scan and diagnosis could solve the problem.
Car Talk › Re: Camry 2.2 Lovers Lounge! Come In by GAZZUZZ(m): 7:10am On Mar 31, 2016
krisrock:
Hello guys. I have just received a 1999 Toyota Camry which is the 2.2 tiny light one to use for the time being. However on getting the car i received some complaints from a friend who drove it down and the major one being a high fuel consumption rate and also slow response from the car on hitting the gas pedal among other things.
I used a software scanner on my laptop and ran a scan which gave about 12 DTCs and description which are listed below:

P0125- Insufficient coolant temperature for closed loop fuel control
P0196- engine oil temperature sensor range/ performance
P0234-Turbo/Super charger overboost condition
P0299-Turbo/Super charger underboost

P0357-Ignition coil "G" primary /secondary circuit
P0443-Evaporative emission system purge control valve circuit
P0455-Evaporative Emission system leak detected (large leak)
P0736-Reverse incorrect ratio
P1143-Manufacturer specific code. Please refer to your vehicle's service manual for more information
U0001-High speed CAN communication bus
U0101-Lost communication with TCM
U0106-Lost communication with glow plug control module.

Forgive the long write up but please anybody who has any 'real simple' interpretation of what I might need to do or change should please help me. Thanks
this codes off a 1999 camry? Try with a diff scanner

mcgaius:
Be sure of yourself because when you go to the police to prepare your tinted permit, the police will key in your name in the road safety website for vehicle number allocation http://www.nvisng.org.The website will return the following search result e.g if your car is a Honda saloon car "Number plate has been assigned to Honda Accord. However vehicle registration is yet to be completed " from there you will enter a very big trouble answering questions on how you have been driving car without completed vehicle registration and may end up buying your way out.If anyone wants to confirm this, try the website with your vehicle registration number and see what the result will be.
very true. Unfortunately there's little any one can do. Go back to frsc and fix problem

Is there a way to confirm this?
How do I know the correct compressor for 2004 solara l4?
Can this problem be caused by a bad coil, or plug? Coz I noticed that the engine hesitates to raise even when in park and AC off. And when u press lower on d throttle, it suddenly raises to 3000 and above. Keeping it around 2000 is difficult.
I appreciate ur help.
I am assuming you don't have a misfire.

buy locally, you should get a better deal.

Economy is bad and volume of car sales have reduced. It's has reflected on the price of vehicles, but the buying power is not very strong.

Worst case if you cannot find what you want, go to cotonu.

9jacrip:
Dude, pay thugs to beat that dude up, slaps here and there and if possible they flash a gun at him to put the fear of God in him.

A day or two after if you want to, call his phone and let him know if he ever lays a finger on a strand of hair on your sister again, it could get worse. I'll suggest you do not call, whenever it happens just get him beat up worse than before, he'll put 2 & 2 together and stop it.

Meeting him one on one makes no sense. It will further fuel his sense of importance which would earn you taunts behind your back and further make your sister appear helpless for running to a man who just wants to 'talk' and tell him how to handle is marriage.

Some men are just completely foolish, no matter how a woman angers you there's always the options of keeping mute to de-escalate the matter or you walk off to let matters ease off.

Bro, just go and Bleep him up. A black eye, cut lips and cuts on his body here and there will do the trick. Else, the beating will go on and possibly you may never hear of it again because your sis may decide to keep it to herself because you won't change anything if all you do is just talk.

Get him!

some problems cannot get a direct solution, especially with explanations as vague as this. If you want a more detailed solution, we would need a more detailed diagnosis of the problem, E.g scan result and fuel pressure readings.
