Well I would ask myself, why buy a treatment just for extra 3 minutes and 20 seconds
.
I would definitely see it as waste of funds.
If it costs 500 naira, I will use the money to buy additional litre of fuel

that's where all of them miss it. grin

The carb breathes better and becomes more efficient. Conditions for both tests are not the same. Better still you could repeat both tests again to be sure.

a cold engine would burn more fuel than one that is already warmed up. Re-do the test at same temp.

describe the vibration properly. Is it vibrating when you accelerate hard, or vibration when you get to speeds of 60m/h or vibrations when you apply brakes?

Hello Guys,

I use an Honda Accord 2002 model and had cause to change the radiator recently due to overheating issues from single cell to double cell. Ever since I changed it, have not enjoyed the radiator for a day.

The issue is that I top water in the radiator every day which gives me concern a lot. As a matter of fact, whenever am travelling and has driven for a period of upto three hours, I need to park and top the water in it which would have gone down a great deal.

Have taken the car to two different mechanics to check but they have not been able to put a stop to this regular and daily topping of water even though they all says the radiator is fine and no area of leakage was found.

I need you guys advice because this issue is giving me a lot of concerns as I no longer uses a/c whenever am travelling now for fear of compounding the problem

check water pump, if ok, replace head gasket

you got a bad engine. Replacing the head gasket has voided your warranty. Do a compression test on the cylinder that doesn't work.

Hi guys, I have got my Toyota Camry 2002 scanned and the following error codes were found P0128, C-0205 and C1241. Can someone please interpret it and tell me what to do.

P0128: your thermostat has been removed and your fans are running directly.
C0205: abs wheel speed sensor left side faulty.
C1241: ignore this code.

Hello house.
My Toyota camry 2000 keeps showing the Brake indicator light on the dashboard. I recently changed the brake linings for the back wheels, replaced the rubber tubing that supplies hydraulic to the back wheel and adjusted the parking brake. The indicator still lingers.
I also noticed the ABS indicator light has remained on for sometime now.
What could be the problem?

Noticed some abnormalities with the positive side of the starter motor harness, it was joined with 2 smaller wires before getting to the starter. toyota tundra 2001client is not ready for a replacement so we are going to ~~kazeem~~ weld the base of the tank.
Before welding, tank has to be washed properly with detergent to eliminate all fuel fumes if not there will be an explosion.

Fault: fuel leak.

Fuel tank brought down, leak is from base of tank caused by rust.

Taken out the old parts, and installed the new powersteerning pump and the pressure pipe. There after engine bay wash to remove traces of oil leaks from that area.

Chevrolet avalanche update:

After extensive test drive, seem to understand the problems of this car a little more.

The check engine light is gone and there are no errors on the engine or transmission ECU

But

1. 2nd gear does not engage: initially after the first test drive, what I thought was a delayed shift from 1-2 was actually a shift from 1-3! 2nd gear seems to be missing, we will search for it tommorow grin

2. Battery or starter motor bad: vehicle cranks well from cold position, but when hot cranks really slow, and basically shuts down all the electronics of the car when that happens.

3. When car is cranked from hot temp, it tends to reset engine ecu, due to extreem drop in voltage caused by bad starter or battery, this causes the engine ecu to start a throttle re-learn function, and gives a very low idle.

Armed with this new info will take out starter motor and check transmission tommorow.
