Continue with the application then... except you cannot move forward without providing those details... but most often, you can. Your aim is to gain a conditional offer.... in that offer, they will state the documents/requirements you are yet to bring/fulfill...No problem...Don't even bother if they give you a deadline... you can use the conditional offer letter to apply for NDDC.

And just like ekeroyal said, when you get the NDDC award, you can change to any school of your choice...

Hey guys. Pan African University is calling for Application's (M.Sc and Ph.D)..It's a 2 years scholarship program running across 4 countries (Nigeria, Algeria, Kenya and Cameroun) sponsored by A.U.

You will be paid monthly, and it's not a small money.

My immediate elder brother is currently on the Scholarship. When he was applying last year, I was teasing him, but now, they are paying him to learn.

Nice one, though not fair as they skipped the energy and water option for PhD, which means those from the Mechanical Engineering background have no opportunity.

Overall its a good thing something like this is happening in Africa and in African Universities.

I was robbed with my colleagues last night around 8pm towards orile.. we were going home in our colleague's car, 3 ladies plus the owner of the car (a male)... A lady was in front while I was at the back with the other lady. suddenly, some guys came out from nowhere, broke the car windows, a front windshield where the lady was sitting and the two rear windshields to snatch our handbags.. I struggled for my own, na em the boy give me one punch for face and I left the bag immediately .. They made away with our handbags containing phones, money, shoes, documents et al
I was injured, got so many wounds from the broken glasses, one of the wound is so deep.maybe if I had trousers on, it wouldn't have been this bad. didn't even go to work today, won't go tomorrow too...

My first ever robbery experience. .. it was like a movie. I'm yet to recover from the shock while still thanking God for my life.. Can't wait to leave Lagos..

You can scan a blank document and upload it in place of the admission letter and you are covered. The truth is once you get through the CBT and oral interview, you can change schools "n" number of times. So chill.

All the best to you and all others who would be applying and sitting for the exams by the way.

Mind the information you give out in a public forum.

A blank document may allow you write the CBT but not the interview...This scholarship process is no joke... You are interviewed based on the course you submitted when applying. Let it not be that a blank document will be the hindrance after enough effort have been put in. Anything worth doing is worth doing well.

Getting admission in the UK is like reciting ABC... My advice is for one to try as much as possible to get admission in a course that can EASE your way to getting the award... after that one can change "n" number of times.

You must FIRST check that any school is on the UK list of sponsors and not banned.

They will just send a court summons to fine you. It's then up to you to defend it in court. (big cost) even if innocent.

Well the notice is for the previous occupant...but as regards to your case....if you don't have TV then you don't watch one, trying to ask somebody to pay tv license because the person watches some clips on laptop is just crazy and way out of order. They need to break-in to catch you watching tv on your laptop first before asking you to pay jack.

Good afternoon all,
I just received a mail notifying the occupants of my flat of not paying for TV license after several warnings. That they will send some people to come check the house for any evident of TV usage which might lead to court prosecution. I along with two other friends just rented that flat last Sunday and we dont use any TV.

I know the mail may have been intended for the previous occupants of the room. I have the option to call them to notify them of this but I still want to ask of the best way to approach such issues.

Furthermore, they stated that even if you watch TV with other devices like PCs and mobile phones, you are still required to pay the license. My question is does this include Live Match Streaming? And maybe Video (Music/Movie) online watching? Cos that's the only thing I and my flatmates do. And we have subscribed for that with our wi-fi provider.

We have some old TVs stored somewhere in the house that I dont know if they are working. Hope this will not be a sort of negative evidence should there be an investigation?

Anambra will most probably be included in 2016. I think a lot of paperwork has to be done to include an additional state cos the award is based on a quota system based on the amount of oil contribution by the states. That for Anambra may not have been ascertained at the moment.

The above are just my thoughts though.

Most scholarships and how to get them are advertised online. NLNG, AJIP, NNPC/MOBIL, NDDC, name them. Even the Commonwealth you mentioned. So you have to keep your fingers crossed and make good use of the internet you have to get what you want. Plus prepare for the test(s) and/or the interview(s) that may follow.
