Hello All,

I work in the UK as a health care worker and I have just recently gotten married to someone who lives in Nigeria. I have NHS COS and the salary scale is alright.

Please what are the documents needed to apply for my husband?

Is proof of funds needed for him as he lives in Nigeria? If Yes, please how much and duration?

I will appreciate if anyone can help with the list of supporting documents to the best of your knowledge.

No, there will be no communication whatsoever. I used a third party and he informed me of my IHS refund.

Hello people! Please who has gotten IHS refund on this forum? What does the underlined statement mean? Does it mean the applicant that was refused gets a full refund and the main applicant who has a dependent gets a partial refund too?

I did my Biometric on 2 September at Ikeja ( priority) and am yet to hear from then no non straight forward mail ... Nothing aside your application has been received (on that same 2nd ) pls what can I do ... Pls help

Yours is even better, it has been decided, last time I checked, they said my application is awaiting a decision.
At this point I just want my passport. This is just ridiculous.

Today makes it 31 working days after biometrics.
I have called, I have sent emails and still they say application is awaiting a decision.
Has anyone experienced such?

i did biometrics on the 21st of June.
Got an email on the 2nd of July for additional document for my dependent and I sent it that same day.
5th of July, I got not straightforward email
14th of July I got another not straightforward email.
After 20 working days on Monday, I sent a paid mail to UKVI and I was told my application was last updated on the 14th of July and I should wait for 15 working days.
I can’t explain how I feel.
