It is so funny how struggling people argue about wealthy people. They are even quoting, unquoting, misquoting, hyper- quoting the scripture. Let me laugh small Hmmmm! And they do it passionately. Chai! Wisdom is truly scarce.

As long as Oyedepo has not committed a crime, and all he does is in line with the law of Nigeria, he is free to do whatsoever he is doing. He is left with his conscience if he is doing what is right and just.

I read that pastor Tunde Bakare said he funded El Rufai's political ambition with 160 million naira. Well, he has not committed any crime too. I leave him with his conscience too.

My criticism does not change anything; therefore, I will rather use my time to run after productive activities instead of finding faults with wo(men) we think play smart with the law.

Whether they brain wash "mumu" people to get rich, or they speak like angels when driving home their points, are both not important issues to me. I am going to run my race, and face it. Oyedepo's works follow him. They will follow him to his grave. So, I leave him with his conscience. If truly his intentions and his works are in line with his words, he is justified. As long as the standard measure of men to judge him has not be violated, he is a free man on earth. Only his conscience I can refer him to.

Many followers of Bishop Oyedepo has testified how their Lives changed on encountering him. I have read his books and listened to his messages and my own life changed.

Universities are not investments but a ministry. Oyedepo is smarter than pouring money into schools for the purpose of profit... He used 30 billion naira to build landmark. That money is capable of building 9 big factories that can generate him and his family cool cash for life. All the factories/farms in Canaanland are owned by Covenant and serves as IGR for the uni. How many real business men do you see investing in university building? Dangote? Otedola? Elumelu? Adenuga?
If Oyedepo wanted to do business he could easily venture into Oil and Gas, Telecoms, Banking and Financial secor, Investment banking and not build Covenant university.
And no the universities are not for profit. It takes 12 Covenant student school fees to pay the annual salary of just one professor. The school has over 120 full time professors with 7000 students. Start doing the math and maybe you would understand universities are not for profit ventures.
If Oyedepo was into business even your Dangote would be a learner in terms of financial networth. But no he isn't!
