Hello. Did you send the email to your employer as I suggested in my last response to you? What was their response? It is ILLEGAL for them to ask you to pay money for tax when you have not even been paid. TAX is to be paid on the money you EARN. If you have done all I asked you to do in my last reply to you and they continually refuse to give you a job, you have 2 options:

1. Report to the Home Office and let them know what your experience has been. Let them know that you are struggling to survive since you haven't started working not to talk of being paid.

2. Start looking for another job aggressively. Target NHS organisations around you. They are very much in need of care workers and will happily recruit you and give you a new COS.

Dee1504 Uzland Have been in the Uk for two months my employer keeps posting me about job provision,with no certain start date in place infact I believe they have nothing no job to give..it’s two months now No steady income through my NI& tax ain’t being paid too..After complaining employer said I can pay 244pounds for them to pay the government my tax and my ni.with full salary slip issued in the process..Can the visa be revoked when salary is not flowing?

No one will ask for your tb rest result @ the point of entry...I kept mine in the hand luggage as I saw here that it can be asked but it wasn’t

Okay. You need to understand that as long as they have sponsored you into this country, they are 100% responsible for your well-being and it is a crime to put you in such precarious position.

What you needed to do now is to send a STRONGLY WORDED (DO NOT ABUSE OR INSULT) email to you manager/employer, stating how much you have been suffering for the past few weeks. That you have exhausted all your allowances and can hardly feed or pay your bills at the moment and you are only just managed to get by till this moment due to help from friends and well-meaning people around you and that you can no longer bear this any more. Let them know that you can barely survive another week if they do not provide you with employment and a means of sustenance. Also let them know that you have tried to secure other jobs but you have not been successful. If possible, state it in your mail that you are currently at the point of death and you need start working immediately.

If you do this and you do not get any favourable response from them, let them know that they leave you with no choice but to inform the HOME OFFICE about your current situation.

Do this and let's see how it goes from there

According to the skilled worker visa law,you must work for your employer..You can alongside work only 20hrs a week for a different employer&( the job you can do has to be under shortage occupation list/Still the same job your employer employs you to do)

Whao! Is it domiciliary care? Heard a lot of them don't have enough hours. Sorry about that. Try and check job sites and ask around. Theres a lot of adverts for care jobs for those already in the UK. You can get your extra 20 hours that way or start looking for another sponsor with better hours. Ask around, join FB groups etc for info. All the best

Perhaps, employer is having contract issues with new clients and prospects…which is unfortunate. From what I understand, to get approval from home office to bring him oversea employees, sponsors must justify the roles they are coming to play…

According to the screenshot you posted, it must be on the shortage list and must be the same job you are doing, unless you are going to be paid in cash and it wont be linked to your NI. If it doesn't fulfil the criteria and you decide to go ahead with it, no one will stop you but Home Office will be waiting for you when you want to get your ILR.

I think the employment letter and the cos now comes together, since the start date of employment, emoluments among others are already included in the cos nowadays, same with mine no employment letter...just hang on to the cos and if necessary show it if necessary at immigration border control.

Pray over them may be they dont need you anymore: God forbid. Send them mail and print those mails along should incase. Print all your conversations with them from start to finish. You cant be waiting on them since you already picked departure date.

Yes Cos was sent&visa Gotten,but I haven’t been able to get the employment letter..

Don't panic, date you flying let your employer know, they should assist with necessary docs to get you through the borders.
