u can apply bt if ur course is under dssc,why not apply there.............. ananne: pls can someone help me with an answer. i will be 30 in december. can i apply for SSC. the instruction says applicants shoulkd not be more than 29 years by sept 2013. can anyone explain this? am waiting for your response....thanks. |

Paranalogy: Wat is d creteria or conditions for onces name to b shortlisted b4 d interview? Wil dey b any written txt for all does dat apply b4 interview?[color=#006600][/color]unlike the other arms of the military,the army does not conduct exams before shortlisting it is only after.the criteria according to common sense and what a leiutenant told me says it is by 'man no man' and then your course of study could be an advantage if you applied for dssc.if you studied medicine for example,it is only poor fitness that can rule you out.........i hope i tried to answer your ? 1 Like |

ekoyochris: @General oluseye which one among DSSC And SSC is more Easier to covert to Direct Regular combatant pls ur response is highly welcome!it is the ssc.this is because u re taught the rudiments of warfare and every other things that NDA guys re taught.the former NYSC director tsiga was an ssc guy,bamaiyi during the abacha regime was an ssc guy including some of the presently serving G.O.C"s.dssc is difficult in that age may not be on ur side because they require u to be btw 22-35 yrs while ssc is 24-28 yrs.most of the courses advertised in dssc re done in NDA with the exeption of doctors who easily converts and can even become directors of medical services,nigerian army withthe rank of major general. |

I read agric economics and i applied under the economics option and i was shortlisted for the aptitude test.wont it affect me during the final shortlist for the interview at kaduna |
