You can still try sha, but brace yourself. The good news is that someone else can help you attest it at the UAE embassy. So IF it is not done, try to drop the certificate for someone to help you do it. Then find how the person will send it to you in UAE, because it is largely irrelevant in UAE without attestation.

"Did mine last week... Get your ssce scratch card along while going but if you are unable they will sell it for you 1200, 1000 for the scratch card and 200 for the the result checking. After that you are going to pay 300 for each document you want to attest.. Go along with your testimonial, original SSCE, origina BSc, transcript and international passport. You will be asked to come back after a week for your letter of eligibility. That's all for the ministry of education..... And for foreign affairs, i paid 1k for each document because it's express and i need to go back that same day so i don't really know how much its going to cost there for each document... And for UAE embassy you pay 19k for each document including your letter of eligibility.

It depends on your situation sir. At the MOE, You can choose to attest both your O'levels and degree certificate or choose to attest either one of them. If you'll be attesting your degree and O'levels, you have to attach your transcript and testimonial respectively.

At the UAE embassy, the eligibility letter is compulsory and the the certificate you'd like to attest.

Please bro, this eligibility letter, is it just for foreign students or for local students alike, wen attesting at the UAE embassy?
