If you can take pleasure to support injustice to your people as a result of your political leaning, then, it just shows your level of thinking and how far you've sold your soul to politician. The Eze has not done anything beyond his constitutional right of defence. The grounds to which he said what he said will form part of his defence.

No single person has been arrested for the selective target on a group of people. In essence, the law permits individuals, cooperate bodies and the likes to defend themselves in such circumstance.
He Frankly said it that the Igbo would have their own security to defend themselves. It is within his right to defend himself or his people. This was the same thing that Jeremiah Oseni said in Taraba state few years ago. Some were saying he should not have said so but many lawyers opined that what he said base on the situation, he is within his right. Right to self defence is constitutionally guaranteed because the government apparatus is playing double standard and the lives and property of his people is no more guaranteed.
Let us continue supporting injustice thinking it would bring bread and butter to our tables but in essence it would be a time bomb. You cannot continue to protect one and flex muscle to other.

Alaye! FCT is not a state, they usually write 36states and FCT. It was stated that u must have 25% vote in 25 states and FCT. They simply used and to join FCT because he was not regarded as a state! Simple.
So if u have 25% votes in FCT, it will b counted as part, but not a must u have it since u already meet the requirements in other states

But in case you don't understand what the petitioner is saying here is the summary:

1. He said the election was rigged, therefore, he has the highest vote cast, evident is loadings. Please see the first paragraph of the petition posted here

Let the truth be told cuz many people don't understand the transmission of election results of a thing. Fine results of voters will b snapped and sent to INEC server. Accredited data are also sent to the server. This is the point now, woteva results agreed upon at the polling units must b sent to the IREV portal but mind u, no law said it should b immediately. The point there is that it should be the same results counted by everybody that should be sent DEA, anything diff from what was agreed upon by party agent and INEC is void. It can b sent 2 days later, immediately , and hours later, some don't even have network, and they are been sent at the collation centre. Sending it immediately is worrisome sometimes bcuz of network and we are not yet matured for that in Nigeria. Our concern should b if the results uploaded for each PUs is the same with what the party have or diff. Time of transmission is not the issue. Oga Dino knows this but just causing nuisance . But how can a party like LP challenge such case in court when they failed to have party agents in 70% of polling units in SW and North? Meaning they must accept the results they gave them where they did not have agents. Remember, votes from Lagos and SE and SS can't make them win!

Where did LP party got party agents, are u not in Nigeria when the inec published list of party agents in polling units,. LP did not have representative in more than 60 percent of polling units in Nigeria. So they are relying on others party figures in those polling units, relying on others parties figure in the North where they failed too? Where they recorded lowest votes. Here in Ekiti, they don't have party agents in more than 95% polling units, if they were rigged in those polling units, how wiill LP party challenged that? May b PDP and APC decided to rigged for themselves , pls can will LP know this, they only rely on where there's going to b over voting and nothing of such happened here

something that is meant for public consumption cannot be made on the discretion of a particular body. At least before the election, iNEC was given the public an impression of a free and fair conduct of the process, so what happened.

Inec have said it several times but i don't know y we can't say simple truth and understanding. Believe on your own if u think that i NEC with upload results immediately. I served as INEC official in many situation, i know the problems that used to arise when polling officers are trying to upload results. The only one bvas does successfully without hitch is sending of report of accredited voters, but u see uploading of results is always a big problem, even inec itself know , many polling units election are uploaded online by collation officers in each wards , corp members that served as polling units officers would b in hurry and can't withstand the stress most time.
Finally, uploading election results to the server is not mandatory that day and is not a yardstick for collating election. INEC collate election manually not Tru the one the server brings and no where in INEC act says it must collate electronically, that's why many party will fail in the court if that's the only fact they are taking to the court

Liar, APC won some states and the results are there on INEC server. Thief! I have checked some today and the results are DEA. For even finding my units are the results intact despite not favoring APC and they did not rig it.
