What access does a minor have to Jamb systems to engage in a fraud of this nature, even to use it to claim highest score? Any theif knows the secret to not getting caught is not standing out. So why will a theif give herself the highest Jamb score. I hope you also read the statment from Innoson group that they verified her result on Jamb portal before acknowledging her. Evidence of this verification is all it takes in court.


Jamb IT technician can go do whatever they like in the back end at any time they like. QR code can be changed by an insider to point to anybody on Jamb data base. Does this girl have access to make this kind of change in Jamb system ab-initio- No. If she does then jamb is a failed organisation. Does Jamb have access to mordify her database codes and correct percieved errors post event - Yes they do. They are just trying to confuse people with technical jargon about there database. For me this is painful cause a family member suffered this kind of injustice from WAEC in the 70s. Being the star student of his school. The rival school principal was sent for invigilation during WAEC. The man knew he was the smartest in School. Went to his desk during exams and starting searching. I am thinking of taking my presiding officer to court for altering my polling unit results.
I want to go to court on the basis that the will of the people in my polling unit was altered. I want to file a criminal case against my presiding officer (PO) for altering my polling unit results before uploading them. Thereby suppressing the will of the people that voted in my polling unit.
The constitution made it clear that we have the right to vote and be voted for, and it also criminalized the altering of election results.
The election act 2022 state that it is the work of the PO to transmit results, and in no way gave them the power to alter the results. I have my evidence, both results, the real and fake one that was uploaded on inec page and also video evidence when the election was counted.
Is it possible to take a PO to court, and will the court attend to my case? Which lower court should I start with? Lawyers in the house should clarify this.

I wrote about this yesterday. This is the way foward, lets trend it and take back our viting power. Lets create 10,000 magistrate court cases for INEC, lets see how they will defend them. The Polling Unit officer will be looking at 25 years in jail.

Two things:

You cannot transmit a record directly from the polling unit in a manual form, to do so means to go from your polling unit to INEC register in Abuja for submission. So transmission, qualified by "directly form polling unit" intrinsically excludes any form of manual delivery by paper.

Labour Party must pass through the electoral tribunal, before heading to high courts. We all know those tribunals are cash and carry, and are used to buy time for eldction theives to be sworn in.

We as mere citizens are not required to apporach the electoral tribunal. So lets form groups at the level of polling units and sue these two-
1. The electoral officers of the polling unit
2. INEC
We must not sue them for electoral offence, but for forgery, a criminal offence. So we do not get into electoral judicary trap.

We must focus on the polling unit electoral officers, who must provide a genuine explanation for the mutilation of electoral result sheets found on inec servers or the replacement of electoral sheets with fabrication as against unmutilated copies, and testimonies of people who voted at the unit.

Labour party must provide freely possibly online copies of the original electoral sheets before mutilation.

We must also ask the court to permit us to serve the electoral officer through inec. Otherwise we do not know their addresses.
If we open at least 10,000 cases polling unit by polling unit, for inec, APC and the forging electoral officer, they cannot influence even half of them.
This way, we will provide rulings that will force higher courts to cancel the election. The accumulation of forgery rulings by lower courts cannot be igbored by the supreme court.


Even if we do not cancel the election, some electoral officers will be convicted, and we would have provided precidents that will make anybody participating as electoral officer to think twice about the worth of 100 usd before disenfranchising hundreds of people of their right to choose.
Obidient Lawyers should give more lights on how we can approach the courts as citizens against forgery. And how we can create an organised system of voluteering obidient lawyers.
